Loved the design, the little details, comfy bed, incredible views and window seats.

The duvet! Tucked under the mattress so pulls the cover off when you untuck it - why do they do that! Also weird duvet cover that wasn’t sealed so exposed the duvet itself. Otherwise… brilliant!

It was a really clean room. They allowed me for earlier check in, they are so friendly. I had a really great experience in this hotel. The location is perfect and in the center. And most important, it's a really safe place. Thanks to all workers there, I really enjoyed.

Good location and comfortable room.

There was no kettle or water to drink. The reception is basically in a club! Loud and unpleasant. So expensive and some how, no breakfast offered.

still constructions going on and because i was on the 14th floor i could hear the music from the rooftop bar but still ok to sleep

The rooms were a breath of fresh air having a treehouse theme, but not so overwhelming a great environment to stay and relax

at the time I was there the only minor would be the maintenance work on the outside but I was informed and the gave me a room where the view was unobstructed, a credit to the staff

I loved the diversity in the staff. The idea of the hotel is amazing, the workers are really predominately friendly. but countless mistakes

Room service: Lack of options (I am a Latin woman, but I'm not a fan of Mexican cuisine), first day I ordered a burger and I dislike the way it was prepared. Next night I was sick and tried to ordered a soup, simple pasta or a chicken burger, but they did not have it. They called me back saying that I had to change the option for an beef burger again... I explained that I prefer it more juicy, and they actually FORGOT TO PREPARE MY DINNER. They brought me the ONLY the dessert WITHOUT the spoon or any cutlery, after 25 min waiting for it I called and the worker said "oh, now the kitchen is closed, I don't know if it will be possible to serve you now". After an hour waiting they actually brought my dry burger. They maybe hate me because I like it juicy and not that dry meat. To be fair, I realize that they did not charge me for the second dinner... but actually it felt like I was their secretary searching for my food. I would prefer to pay and have a nice experience. Ah, the QR code to order online never worked, it was complicated. it should stop. Noise: Here they made me cry!!!! That was not acceptable at all. I booked a room in the last time and they said that they were refurbishing outside, and the view of the room were not great. OK fine. But waking up at 9 am with people working heavily directly in my window was really weird. When I went to complain, the receptionist was with a not desirable attitude. He said "well we cannot do anything about the noise" (Dear, what? What about do not those rooms, for instance). The second man gave me as many options as he cold with an very professional posture.... in the end was everything solved. Overall, what I mean about my experience in this hotel is that their intentions are AMAZING, but the things must actually work, because they were not when I was there. Instead of excuses, they should improve their system.
