Location is very good but the management only leaning on this. The facilities of the apartment are very old. The doormen are good and friendly but the management staff only cares money. I asked for a cleaning during check in they said 70 Pounds, after I asked for it it became 115 pounds even they asked for money for changing sheets and putting clean towers. After repetetive talks we could succeed to have 2 clean sheets which we change ourselves after one week. We stayed for 16 days paid more than 6000 pounds and there is no service no friendly approach. This is an apartment we know but it is not fair to give the keys and keave the rest for 16 days. We definetely believe that it is not the value of money.

the cleaning fee was significant for such a short stay and i didnt appreciate its quantum upfront.

Great location, clean and quiet.

Bit expensive, but that's probable due to the location being so central.

The location could not have been better. The property is 1 minute away from Marble Arch, 2 mins from Marble Arch Station and Oxford Street, very near the Bus Tour stops for Marble Arch, etc. There is a 24/4 convenience store downstairs, which made it very easy to get items that we needed like food, drinks, washing powder, snacks, souvenirs, and other items. The location is next to Hyde Park also. Perfect location for proximity to the city. They made it very easy to collect the keys and enter the property. This particular unit was on the 1st floor, which was easily accessible via stairs or the lift. The kitchen is very accommodating and even includes a dishwasher, wine cooler, and microwave.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is aware of these issues, yet has not resolved them prior to my stay. The mattress in the large guest room is damaged and should NOT be slept in. They were aware of this from previous guests reviews (I discovered after the fact), yet allowed me to sleep on it. It was difficult to fall asleep, it made noises and caused me lower back pain each morning. It is VERY difficult to shower, because the water is ONLY hot. If you have small kids, they will be scalded by this very hot water. During our 4 day stay, we never were able to find a comfortable water temperature. Water from the shower leaks out into the surrounding floor, causing slip and fall hazards. This is something that other guests mentioned in reviews that is STILL NOT RESOLVED as of 24 May 2023. The washing machine is broken, locked with our towels inside and would not re-open. We left our stay with the towels still locked in the machine. The property only provided 2 large towels within each room upon check-in. If you need more towels, you need to bring them on your own. I asked the property for a partial refund given these issues and they kept ignoring the request. Please also note, that the windows in the guest rooms are just for decoration and natural light. There is no view from the interior windows and only a weird courtyard view from the living room area. The stairs and other common areas of the facility are dated, worn out and in need of a refresh. **UPDATE: 2 June 2023 The property was listed as 2 bed/2 bath in the search, yet was 2 bed/1 bath. I asked for a replacement mattress for a 4 night stay (NOT 3 nights)! May 18 - May 22. Other guests complained about the mattress (I uploaded pics), the water being too hot and the pictures not reflecting the unit. The EMERGENCY RELEASE lever was missing on the machine, which is an indication that the unit had previously locked, which is why I believe the handle was already broken. Unit has been delisted! Good!
