Stayed for one night and it was awesome. Wish we could stayed longer. Receptionist was lovely and amazing.

Big room, plenty of facilities in room.

When I got there, I asked the person if they had the cot for my room... and she said "you didn't book a cot" "yes I did" "no you didn't" then I proceeded to show her my booking included a cot. Rather than apologizing she then proceeded to say "so you've only booked for 2 nights"... "no, for 3 nights"... again, showed her confirmation... Collowing from thisthey could see how many bags we had and made no effort to help me or my wife even though we had a 10 month old baby with us. Very poor service.

The location and the style.

The heating/reverse cycle air conditioner was not very effective, especially in the bathroom. Considering the rest of the apartment building was very warm.

Everything was perfect!

The staff at reception, he made my husband feel very welcomed and assisted him with every query he had. This really sets the tone for the whole establishment. So we would like to say a big thank you to him. We booked a room that suited our high expectations and that is what we got.
