Good contral location. The room has been renovated, the bed is very comfortable. The concierge and housekeeping staff are very helpful and prompt in their response.

The room was great and the bed very comfortable.

The wifi was terrible. I needed to download files and the connection kept going away. I had to use my phone’s cellular to do the download and that was expensive.

Just too many people with breakfast, and some people (children in particular) didn’t behave appropriately.

The location and level 5 swimming pool were both impressive.

Too many people in the Swimmingpool. Also at the breakfast time, there are too many people. So crowded and laut.

good central location

very expensive to eat and drink in the hotel. eg breakfast £30 Buffet dinner not available in evening. only dinner options were 2 pricy a la carte restaurants I tried to use room service via the QR code in the room. This was useless The doors to the hotel next to the marriott residences were locked through my whole 4 day stay. This is unacceptable. The green exit signs in the hotel point to these doors as emergency exits. I asked staff at reception twice to credit points for my stay to my marriott card. This was not completed Hotel ATM did not work.

Great location

Too crowded for breakfast. Noise from rooms around is abvious and made me feel not very comfortable.

Courteous behaviour of staff and good location. Local search app n cab facility app and absence of Google services should be indicated suitably.

The adjustible deposits taken by hotel at the time of checking in towards incidentals excluding room rentals should be communicated clearly before the time of booking indicating the rate of deduction so that the customer can take informed decision.
