The location was not bad. Next to a small shopping center. The security and parking people are very friendly. Probably more friendly than the staff at the reception. Only issue is that this hotel is located next to a very busy and loud main road. It is noisy. We were at the 4th floor facing the road. The room itself was not that bad. The bed was really comfortable and huge. Things we didn't liked. The closet space, sink and bathroom are so tiny that you can barely move. The door of the bathroom is the same size as the shower. It is inconvenient to open the door when it is blocking the toilet. They didn't thought about that. Also the sink is literally in the room itself. Never seen that before. For a king size room I felt it was small. Not enough space.

Update the tapete of the floors in the rooms and also hallways. Outdated. There was no bath. Shower is too tiny.

The valet parking driver broke mu car key. $130.00 to replace!!!

Location next to the mall, shopping and food was available until late nights.

Our phone in the room did not work also the key cards don't work on the 1st try. We had to try around 5 or 6 times to get the door open.

I upgraded to a balcony room which had a great view of volcanoes....well worth the small upgrade!

The staff are always friendly.

The whole hotel was light and airy, and room cheerful and a very comfortable bed.

They need more efficient shower heads!!!
