Les repas un peu chers, le bruit de la route, tout était parfait jusqu’au moment de se coucher les draps étaient sales et tachés, nous avons du faire appel à l’accueil pour les faire changer,

Loved the activities, amazing team, beautiful concept and all are super well maintained. Best stay ever in my life! Will be back to Bali just stay at this beautiful hotel.

Peace and quiet are n Bali. Amazing grounds, the teak house we stayed in was huge and special. 3 pools nearly private as so quiet.surrounded with trees but short walk to beach and massage places. Close to airport but no noise

Nice classy setting with antiques, a true heritage place. So many places to sit, relax and eat. The central courtyard that takes you to the restaurant and the outdoor space/deck with chandeliers are unique. Outdoor movie was a treat. Nice pools and yoga facilities The complementary breakfast was made to order and we enjoyed thoroughly. Loved the desserts at dinner. The location was convenient for shopping and eating. The staff was helpful. The only complaint I have is that there were strange noises in the room and the manager said they were geckos. Very disruptive for people who are not used to these loud sounds throughput the night.

Good breakfast. Felt understaffed at breakfast on first day. Was rectified in next day by additional staff. Nice rooms each with their own character.

the concept of the design has been overdone. Dim (really dim) lighting and strange choices of colors make it necessary to use a phone flashlight to (just about) read the restaurant menu. (fine black font on dark brown paper). no shower in the room just an old style bath with a spray handle. no socket in the room to charge a phone unless you unplug the table lamps to reduce the already inadequate lights! maintenance also seems poor as our room door had a big rotted hole at the bottom.

I really liked the design concept of the hotel, It definitely takes you back in time. It looks beautiful in the morning, I took lots of great pictures. My only regret is not hiring a professional photographer in advance to take my pictures. The breakfast options were amazing. Bathroom toiletries were nice. They clean the room more than once per day which was great. Staff were friendly.
The outdated look of the room is a bit scary at night.
Some pillows had stains.

Property gorgeous - an oasis from the total madness and chaos outside. Lovely pools - rooms - breakfasts. Good seafood on litter strew. Beach over the road. Only complaint - our 60 minute massage was only 50!

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at. Room was big and cleaned daily while we were at breakfast. It has 3 pools so it's not crowded at any point of the day and the backyard is huge. Also it's very quiet so you'll be able to enjoy it peacefully. It's close to the airport (15 minute drive) which was perfect for our last destination in Bali.
It has nothing to do with hotel but Jimbaran doesn't have much things to do. Beach is close but wouldn't recommend it.

Calm rustic oasis away from the bustling Main Street

This was already my 4th booking here and I loved staying in the master suite. If you can, I would definitely recommend this room compared to the other ones. I love everything here - the food, the interior, the big breakfast, all the little places to sit, the beautiful property, the atmosphere and the peacefulness. It's like you're in a different fairytale world.
Honestly, I could have stayed here for ages.
Sometimes the staff takes long to respond and give you the right information, for example when I tried to get more information about the dinner options for Christmas or whether it was possible to upgrade the room.
My parents stayed in the superior room, and although the overall interior is still beautiful, it makes a big difference with the suites.

Beautiful property with good ambiance
The linen is not fresh. The pillows, blanket, bedding all needs to be updated. There was a musty smell and not comfortable to sleep with.

that was absolutely fantastic place with such an atmosphere when you feel yourself in a fairytale or a novel.
I’ve found a huge spyder in bathroom. but it was fastly evacuated by the staff.

WOW WOW WOW- the decor and tranquility of this place is unlike any I have been to or seen before. so convenient to the airport but feel miles away from everything!

The style of the property is absolutely amazing. you really feel like you’re on an old plantation and even though you’re close to the center of Jimbaran, you don’t notice it at all in terms of noise or sound
Nothing we didn’t like in particular. The room, staff and service were amazing, not to forget the 3 pools and the breakfast!

Beautiful boutique hotel. The whole lot was stunning. Very nice staff and we had a lovely time.
Time for some maintenance here and there but that can also be said about most places we stayed in Bali. It is completly understandeble because of covid and it didn't bother me but repaint ect would do a lot.
