The location was great. Near the stadium for concerts and right next door to a huge shopping complex. Having a kitchenette in the room was fantastic if you felt like cooking. Kitchen was well equipped and super clean. Staff went above and beyond and the breakfast on offer was superb.

Breakfast buffet was good quality and consistent throughout my stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as well. I thought the overall value of the property and accessibility to Stratford Station was so convenient.

The shower was a little more dirty than I would have preferred. Room itself was more than satisfactory from a cleanliness standpoint; however, the shower could have been more thoroughly cleaned beforehand.

Good standard and tasty breakfast

This hotel offers rooms with view to a park for extra charge. It was important for us to have calm and relaxing view, so we paid additionally for this option. When we arrived it turned out that our room was facing noisy area with chimneys and no greenery at all. So in reality the room we booked didn’t exist. The hotel is aware of this problem, but still keeps offering additionally charged rooms ‘with a view’.

Lifts were a bit slow

Everything was perfect. Only issue (not a huge one) but was the breakfast was a bit chaotic...no coffee, no tea, no cups, no cutlery...so, people were bunching up and there was a lot of confusion. As it is a Hyatt, we did expect to have coffee & toast at the table before going off to chose from the delicious breakfast options available. Other than that, fabulous.

Didn't like, is a strong statement...more a case of my expectation for a Hyatt was better for how the breakfast functioned.

Everything! The staff couldn’t do more and the room was extremely comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing and my vegan husband found lots of welcome options.

Great location, easy access to the tube, shopping and all. The laundry facility is the cherry on the top. The room is clean and well equipped, we had a lovely stay and highly recommended to whoever comes to London
