It was disconcerting that the front desk copied down my credit card information on paper. This did not happen at any other hotel during my entire trip in New Zealand. The shower drains slowly.

the apartments are large clean and well equipped. the beds are really comfortable. we were there Easter Sunday and we were left a basket of chocolate on our outside table which was a lovely touch. view of the lake and a great location. highly recommend

We loved Radfords on the Lake. Kerry was so helpful and suggested the best restaurants that made our stay even better.

Wonderfully helpful owners. Kerri helped us book the best trip to Milford Sound. She also gave us the best dinner recommendations. Kerri and her daughter were incredibly friendly. The facilities were clean, in great shape, with comfortable beds and linen. The kitchenette was functional, complete with a cook top. The grounds were immaculate. A wonderful stay was had. Oh, the location could not be better; right on the lake, and a five minute walk to the center of town.

SPOTLESS - best maintains hotel I have ever stayed in…and I was at the fairmont right before this. really good location in te Anau for a day trip to Milford sound, the town is very picturesque very attentive to details - lots of little extras like scent bags on the beds to great you ect great service - we were recommended 3 awesome restaurants, gave us great advice on the drive to Milford sound.

Wonderful stay, unbelievably clean and quality bedding, towels, etc. Keri was such a welcoming and friendly host. Looking forward to another visit.

Amazing location and impeccable assistance from the front desk - quickly found an activity for the following day, helped ensure we had laundry figured out, and recommended some excellent restaurants. The lake views were also ideal!
