Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable facilities. Great location - very close to the ferry terminal and some food and beverage spots. Really appreciated the secure, off-street parking.

The lady behind the desk was very pleasant.
Advertisement boasted river views and city views. This hotel has neither, I brought this up management and he advised me they didn’t advertise river and city views. Blatant lie and con to deceive people, the 9.0 star rating must be false.

Wonderful staff: super helpful and friendly. We hired a car for transport and there was ample undercover parking for us. The room was clean, very comfortable bed and the water pressure was terrific (and hot!) Excellent location to be around the story bridge and walk along the Brisbane river. While the rooms were not super 'modern' we would definitely stay again due to location and staff.

A friendly individual place. Pleasant downtown area. Convenient and relatively cheap - I wanted to spend time in Fortitude Valley without the expense of staying there.

The gentleman that check me in was nothing short of sensational! Friendly - efficient - helpful. It was old school customer service that is basically non existent now.

we were going to be checking in after hours , so the staff had put some lights on in the apartment plus the TV & even the aircon on heat so the apartment was nice & warm on arrival .

A beautiful quiet stay very close to the Brisbane River, walk to everything, Cat ferry nearby, coffee shops, amazing French bakery 3 min walk (Christian Jacques pastries and breads)
Television has screen mirroring facility so you can watch directly from your phone.
Chris the manager is a delight, very accommodating and also an easy walk over the Story Bridge.

Great position, very clean and well presented, close to public transport, great customer service, lovely bathroom products. it was surprisingly quiet.
The toilet/ bathroom felt cramped; poorly ventilated bathroom meant smells hung around for a long time.

The location was perfect for our stay! Spoilt for choice with nearby restaurants. Quiet and relaxing, spacious apartment with great balcony!

The staff made check in and enquires easy. The location was perfect for our needs - close to Cafes, restaurants, and Convenience stores- and close enough to Southbank for a family gathering there.

The first room we booked in was kind of confusing due to the smell of the toilet next to the room. But they acted on it as they didn't realize. So they offered us a way better room at a better fair cost, so my uncle agreed and yes they were very happy with the room offered and stayed there for nearly a month.
I would be more confident if we can see more photos in the website to see our budget to book next time.
