Exceptional everything. Needed a room with heat, warm water, and great service in the middle of a backpacking trip. They delivered. Highly recommend.

Got a little cold at night for the person not sleeping on the side of the electric heater. Noisy at night since it is close to a big streets with bar (we stayed on a Friday night). Not the hotel fault though!

GIGANTIC bed (super king size). Heaps of pillows. Complimentary bottled water. Best buffet breakfast we have had in South America (7-8 different fruits, granola, yoghurt, cereal, 3 juice options, pancakes, eggs, mini sausages, avocado, etc). Hot shower. Cable TV in English. Lift to take luggage up. Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. Professional staff who carry your bags and even walk out the front with you to make sure you get into your taxi safely.

No fridge in room to keep drinks cold.

The location is great- close to downtown area so we could walk to many sights. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had the best shower! Great breakfast buffet.

it was EXTREMELY cold everywhere in the hotel, it is strange why many hotels in Peru do not have central heating or even the A/C. an electronic heater was provided and helped. shower cabin with a curtain is so old-fashioned. shower and bathroom were generally untidy

Right in the center of town. Easy walking distance to the lake. Very basic hotel. Nice staff.

The hotel's proximity to restaurants, shopping, and Plaza Mayor. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating of our requests to book a tour of the Uros Islands, hire a taxi to take us to the Mirador del Condor at sunset, as well as arrange private, round-trip transfers between Juliaca's airport and the hotel.

It's great location is also a challenge when it comes to arriving/departing the hotel since it's in a pedestrian zone - you'll need to walk about a block with your luggage. It's not a bad walk - just expect it.
