Awesome breakfast selection and in a very nice dining area with great view of the city. Very nice waiting area for those of us having to check out earlier than departure time. The lobby offered coffee and tea bags/hot water 24/7. The coca tea bags were much appreciated.

Reception staff could be friendlier.

We arrived very early in the morning because we took a nightbus. The lady at the reception made sure that we could do an early check-in. Through our whole stay the staff was very helpful. Also the location was good and close to the centre. The showers were warm!

Rooms were a bit cold, but that seems to be normal in the peruvian winter.

Bed was very comfy and location was superb.

This is a three star hotel. You get what you pay for. I would prefer breakfast to be served until later. It finished at 8.30am.

Our room was great, it was big and warm! and having a bath tub was a real bonus.

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel is because after a couple of months of travelling we did not want to go out in the cold night for food and drinks. We wanted to come in after a day out, get warm and stay in so, we chose this hotel for its bar and restaurant. When we enquired about these however, we were told that they are both closed????? If these facilities are not available then they should not be on the hotels list of offered facilities, especially when they might be key to someones decision to stay there and lead to great disappointment when they are not in fact available. We did let staff know of our concerns and disappointment.

The location was excellent. Couldn’t get any better, you are near the main plaza which is the heart of the city. Around that plaza you’ll find almost anything you need. The staff was great and welcomed us everytime we stepped in the building. Breakfast was okay, not perfect.

When we went for breakfast we had to put on a sweater or coat. It was cold…

A really nice and friendly hotel in the best location, by the cathedral. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help. They were very accommodating and kept our luggage while we did an overnight tour at the lake, and then allowed us to chill and work while waiting for our night bus. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good place, even though it is not especially cheap. Very good location, almost exactly at Plaza the Armas, but it is a more quiet street. Kind staff, spoke perfect english. There was an electric space heater!! Very useful, because during winter at night to have almost freezing remperatures in Puno. Breakfast was lovely. Nice comfy bed, very spaceous room with a balcony, and it was quiet (although hardly any guests when we visited). Hot shower. Ot even has a small "business center". All in all, a very good Hotel.

Well, nothing serious. Wifi was a bit hit or miss, not always reliable, although that was the case in a lot of places in Peru.

Overall a nice hotel for the price. Bathroom needs to be upgraded quite a bit and common areas were freezing. But the bad was pretty ok. Staff was helpful
