Given the wrong room, then told oh we’ve put someone else in the room you booked - not offered an apology, had to ask for the refund in difference and when I stated it’s pretty dispiriting as we book months ago I was told I can cancel the room and stay somewhere else. Clump of hair in the shower. Roach in the bathroom (most likely due to the large gap under the front door). Loud clanging noise at night we had to call and ask for help, it was a water system issue, then at 8am the next day still hadnt turned the water back on so had zero hot water, had to call again. Second night the clanging was worse so called front desk to be told well the plumber came…. the noise is still happening and keeping everyone awake. Eventually like 15-20 minutes later someone came to turn off the water, we were then woken up at 6:30am with the clanging sounds again so decided to pack up and leave. If staff had offered any sort of apology or tried to contact us about the noise I would have let it go, however nothing so hence the review.

Too close to the other rooms, too loud.

Located off main road to avoid traffic noise.

This comment is not a negative to the Motel itself, but unfortunately the people in the room next to us, sat outside their room to well after midnight talking VERY loud which made for little sleep for us. We have no control over who books the room next to you.

Easy check in, good location

Large gap under the door which let a lot of bugs in.

Rooms were big and clean.

Beds moved a little too easily. Could have had some dishwasher liquid 5o clean the plates etc.

Close to the main street

Toilet button kept on sticking so the water kept on running.
