Convenient location. Rooms decent size.

Rooms are noisy - can hear conversations being had upstairs and in rooms next door. Heard every alarm go off at 5am Saturday, 5.30am Saturday, 6am Saturday then, 5.20am Sunday (which was not turned off for over 10mins) around us. Older hotel means pipes run through rooms so you hear toilets flushing and people showering at 11.00pm for over 40mins Saturday night when they arrived so very little sleep between this and the alarms. Our toilet leaked all over the floor due to plumbing and didn't stop running the entire visit so we had to put towels down as floor was wet. Parking spots are also very small and walkways narrow, and if someone parks front in in front of your door (with longer utes) it cuts access to the room and makes it awkward to leave as happened to us. Noisy fridge also and very low lighting with several lights not working.

Great location, pool great for a dip on 39 degree day.

The renovated bathroom was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and great location and value for money.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable, too hard. And the sofa bed was a little thin and springy.

Loved how spacious it was. It fit me and my 5 girls perfectly. It was super clean, the spa was a huge hit with the kids. So relaxing if I say so myself. Leanne at the reception was very helpful and lovely.

No issues, but maybe a suggestion. Extra blankets maybe. We found one in the little cupboard. But couldnt a second. They may came in handy. But overall we loved everything and will be back again in the near future.

location was central to town and beds were comfortable. the cleaners did a great job.

the general building maintenance and feel of the place was shabby - needs a freshen up. the manager front of house Bloke was rude and poorly presented and had no social skills toward guests. the bathroom flooded when the shower was used.
