Loved the spaciousness and layout of the room. The bathroom was great with a very generous shower space. The keyless contactless check-in worked well considering we arrived after reception had closed. The kitchen area was fantastic with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave & stove all the essentials for a longer stay.

The air conditioner was noisy and bed too hard. Didn't receive text with information about room entrance as office was closed due to public holiday. Phone did answer when I rang though.

Easy check in and out. Convenient location. Kitchen was adequate and everything worked well. Bed was comfortable however on rollers so moved when you leant on it. Plenty of hot water.

Outside noise (unfortunately happens when in the centre of town), airconditioner location - blowing direct onto the bed made it cold. The bed moving when leaning on it - was good to access the powerpoints for CPAP machines, however is dangerous for elderly people. Reading lamps were poor. Toilet roll location tricky for people with shoulder mobility issues.

Welcomed by Claire. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Ensured a nice downstairs room that suited my mobility issues. The Motel is old, but the rooms are well presented and very clean. Close to two NRMA 50 KwH chargers. Ideal for EV drivers.

Accommodation was neat and clean, staff were kind. We forgot our phone at the hotel and the staff were kind enough to post the phone back to us at no extra cost.
