Cleanliness of the room, marks on the doors, loose door handles and needed a spring clean badly.

No extra bedding in the room, for what was a really cold night. Didn't want to leave the air conditioner on all night.
Shower head set up for a person about 7 foot tall. Unable to reach it to move it towards me. It was fixed to the wall, not on a sliding bar, which would have been much better.

This is the third time I have booked into this hotel whilst in transit to either Melbourne or Mildura. It is a safe clean and high-quality stopover with friendly professional and accommodating staff.

It's the little things that keep you awake in a new place however such as the fridge constantly whirring because it hadn't been defrosted. I know!?
