Location

My room was next to kitchen extract fan which was loud and caused the room to vibrate from 6am to 10pm. It was impossible to sleep between those times. Overall the hotel seemed run-down and akin to 1970’s student accommodation. Way over priced compared to a Premier Inn at the same price point.

Loved the late check in and breakfast the next morning was very good

Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, and pillows not good either. Took hours to get to sleep as was sleeping uncomfortable.

Was a little put off by location at first as don't normally stay so central but we enjoyed our stay, food was good, excellent value for money. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Most impressed by the welcome for my dog! Yes, we had to pay, most places charge for dogs nowadays. But 2 very nice comfy dog beds, a plastic mat with 2 dog bowls and a goody box! Made to feel so welcome - thank you.

Parking. but that goes with its location.

everything OK, butthey couldn't sign us in, claiming that there was a stop on our card, which there was not. And then

the dinner was pretry atrocious.

location in the old town centre. Inclusive breakfast was generous freshly cooked and delicious. Evening meal was also as good and very reasonably priced.

Although clean, the bedroom was obviously refurbished on a budget and a little scruffy around the edges. No hot water at the hand basin at 6:00pm.

The staff were very happy to answer an questions and they were very polite, the room was very clean and comfortable went down for a meal and it was very good value for money
