Beautiful BnB, gorgeous location and stunning lake and mountain views. Really a luxury boutique hotel. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfy beds, huge bathrooms. Really nice terrace outside the room. Immaculately clean. Lovely lounge with fireplace to sit and have a tea or hot chocolate. Hannah is the nicest person, she has gone above and beyond for us, including meeting gluten free dietary needs. We are so sad to leave!

The room was modern and clean and the bed was so comfortable! The electric blankets, heater and heated bathroom tiles were amazing in winter. Hannah was the most wonderful host and cooks an amazing breakfast, we really felt like we were at home and were sad to leave Dunluce! The rooms overlook the mountains and it is a short drive to the town centre. Honestly couldn’t recommend staying here enough.

Hannah is the ultimate host! This lovely, quiet B&B is just 5 minutes out of town, and a world away. Guests feel welcome as a result of all the little touches Hannah has provided throughout the stay as well as the great tips she provides for whatever you might want to do in the area. She has a gracious sense of how much to be present for her guests, leaving them to their privacy and relaxation in perfect measure. The breakfasts are hearty, homemade and deeply delicious. We'll surely be back!

Hannah is lovely with her amazing suggestions and breakfast she cooked was served hot and plated well.
the location is but further from city center , if you want to walk, by car is super close just 5 mins , but it’s difficult to find parking in city center.

The location was quiet but still reachable by foot to the restaurants in the Centre. The room was very nice and thought of everything that you can imagine with a great private seating area to envoy your wine and look at all the stars!

Hannah was lovely, very knowledgeable, friendly and not intrusive. Her suggestions of what to do and where to eat were wonderful and accurate not only in Te Anau but also on the way to Invercargill and Dunedin.

Very clean very tidy very pleasing to the eye great views of the water from the bedroom also the manager lady on duty is very easy to speak to very knowledgeable about the area very helpful breakfast was amazing cooked to your requirements

Probably one of the best experiences we've had across our hundreds of stays around the world. Hannah was an amazing host, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent, Everything was immaculately clean, the rooms were very well designed for both practicality and decore, amazing views of Lake Te Anau, delicious cooked breakfast, amazing location; really we couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Dunluce is as beautiful as pictured (in my opinion it’s even better). Extremely clean and comfortable located in an absolutely picturesque location. For breakfast you are treated with a delicious continental breakfast and the option to also partake in a cooked breakfast.
Hannah is an absolutely wonderful host and you will definitely feel extremely welcomed and be taken care of.
I cannot recommend or rate Dunluce highly enough!

Wonderful B&B with lake views in Te Anau. Centrally located; clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hosted by the lovely and generous Hannah who provides a delicious breakfast each morning and helpful tips and recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the local area. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about my stay at Dunluce B&B. Facility and services provided are fantastic and Hanna is very hospitable! We had a very pleasant stay there and the bed is so cozy.
