We love the location and the staff’s hospitality
The breakfast is good but I think the western food options are portioned smaller than the asian food option.

Great location, has all the essentials. Great for the budget and met my expectations of a secure, affordable and clean room with the essentials. No frills. The staff were really great. Very welcoming and accomodating.
It is very noisey. I did expect this reading the reviews and given the price point. I took along some earplugs and to be honest, I had one of the most restful night's sleep there.

Un hôtel propre et bien entretenu, à l’abri de l’agitation permanente de Kuta. L’équipe est géniale très souriante et serviable. Les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées. Il y a quantité de restaurants et commerces aux alentours.
Les rues alentours sont un peu bruyantes. Les chambres les plus sont exposés, bien que bien isolées, pâtissent de la circulation.

Camera di buone dimensioni tranne il bagno che è piccolo ma sufficiente per un paio di notti. Noi abbiamo alloggiato al primo piano e la camera era silenziosa. Location ottima per quanto riguarda ristoranti e negozi.
Qualche mobilio usurato che sarebbe da sostituire.

our first room was a little noisy and they were happy to move us (and moved all our stuff), nice, clean, modern, budget friendly, good location.
I wouldn’t include breakfast if staying again and would avoid staying on the ground floor. the Grandmas in Seminyak is also much nicer by comparison.

Nice simple room with waterheater and comfortable bed.
On 2nd floor,terrible traffic noise.Better to stay upstairs.Also no channels on tv anymore,used to be before.

They charged me for drinking water. They charge for toothbrush! Personal is terrible, they treat like they own you. Just don't go there.
