Location is far from everything, windows to a noisy street. Breakfast was poor and on sundays just at 8.30

The room was big, with a lot of storage space. It was very quiet. The breakfast is good.

The place was advertised as located in the El Poblado area, but it was in a residential neighborhood, so you had to take a taxi/Uber to get anywhere. The wifi in my room (103) was not that strong.

breakfast very poor and all time the same. very cheap breakfast, the room was never clean I had to complain multiple times that they didn’t clean the room. they didn’t change the towels for 3 days I had many complains about this. it’s a shame that booking.con have this hotel on their website shame yourself! also when I made complains the woman of the reception was very rude. for this money you can find way better hotels in Medellin! never again this hotel of my life! and they did try to get more money also I had a reservation booked in 2022 from 31-12-2022 till 17-01-2023 they did say because it’s 2023 they want more money in dollars almost 180 dollars. offcourse I didn’t accept this I told them I made the reservation in November 2022. they are criminals never go there!!!!

The hotel is clean and well located if you want to be near the university EAFIT. Rooms are quiet but are between buildings so there in no direct sunlight, which I am a fan of.

they gave me a different room than the one I booked, I booked a quadruple room with a balcony, but received a much smaller quadruple room without a balcony. we asked the staff to change the room but their excuse was that the other room was already occupied when we arrived and despite that the guest will check out on the next day, they refused to move us in because they said there is another guest who has booked it already. so the four of us, including two senior people, had to fit ourselves in such a small room that we havent booked, for three nights, because the hotel management had their own preferences to allocate the rooms. additionally, the coffee area was so dirty that the table was full of ants during our three-day stay

The hotel is in a quiet area close to the metro. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious, it's clean, shower has hot water and they also help you with everything you need (for example order a taxi). An ATM could be more nearby but that's just a small thing. I talked to other tourists staying in hostels and they said that this hotel has one of the best Price-performance ratio in the city. I would definitely come back and can recommend this one to everyone who's going to travel to Medellín. Thanks for the stay!
