Well, nothing. This is truly an awful hotel in need of a complete refurbishment. The doors were paper thin and did not fit. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk staff were very good and the beds were comfortable.

Where do I begin? The tin bath described as a “swimming pool” with a tiny bed, we soon switched to a double bedroom which at least has 2 beds. The fact that at 6.30 every morning the breakfast staff started and banged and crashed, talked and joked at the tops of their voices. There was no fridge in bedrooms although staff did provide ice. The showers, they were something else. I didn’t bother to unpack as my clothes would not fit in the tiny “ wardrobes”. I could really go on and on but I am sure everyone will get the picture by now.

location was great. quiet but 5-15 min walk to all busy areas. staff very helpful and friendly. breakfast is plentiful for what you're paying. room spacious and tv has Netflix.

Friendly helpful staff at reception. Room was very large and comfortable large bed. Nice outdoor area for breakfast and small pool to cool off in the heat of the day

Wifi did not work in our room, it did however worked in all the communal areas. Would like to suggest the hotel has a fill you own water unit to reduce the amount of plastic from the small bottles they provide.

Location, clean, charming, size of room and bathroom. The adults only format is extreemly peaceful. No crying babies or children.

Great location, everything clean and comfortable, great staff, simple and tasty breakfast. There isn't much soundproofing between rooms but this wasn't an issue while we were there.

The only issue was that the fridge didn't cool.

The bathroom. There were bloodstains on the wall. Asked for it to be looked at and I think they didn't see it or left it like that.

We very unhappy with our previous hotel in Merida so we changed for one night to Art Hotel and we were very happy there. The location is quite good, but it is not so noisy and loud as in more central places in Merida. Our room was not so big, but the design was lovely, everything was clean and tidy. there were a fridge and a safe in the room. The AC was good. The staff was very friendly.

No parking spot, but the hotel has a cooperation with another hotel in the neighbourhood so it is possible to park there (150$ per night/ car).

we travel a lot but in Art 57 we found best beds ever. good AC and fans. well wifi. good contact with a front desk. privite parking closeby which is important due to the fact that hotel is located in a centre of Merida. simple breakfest. close to downtown.

simple hotel. small pool and No garden but having in mind that you are staying in a city centre its not an issue.

Comfort, customer service, lush green plants breakfast in the morning, coffee peaceful safe and secure in the heart of Mérida. Enjoyed my private pool and of course the beds were ultra comfortable😃☺️

I Don't care about any expired health protocols or needless reminders. The pandemic is over I am concerned about fraud, theft more than a fake health event. I like it when hotels and staff do not harass me about any of that that is wasted time they want to wear it fine I don't care as long as they do not bother me with that I am the paying customer and this does not add they want to wear it fine I don't care as long as they do not bother me with that I am the paying customer. Comfortable beds, nice staff, breakfast included, clean and quiet rooms and swimming pool!

No place to relax near the pool, breakfast every day the same, No coffee, tea or water available and no water pressure in shower and toilet.

it said facilities was airport suttle and was not, they just call a cab, AC was not working very well but we made the room feel a bit fresh with the minimum

Personal pool could have been cleaner.

The junior room had a cute private pool and a very cozy outdoor area. The hotel is very photogenic - very pretty colors and geometry, amazing photos from every angle.

The hot water occasionally was not working, some issue with the tubes on the roof so had to call the reception. This was however fixed very quickly. The breakfast could be a little more thematic - example Acai bowl or something similar.
