Clean room

Very comfortable lovely bathroom internet was good

There was no plates or cutlery

It was spacious

I accidentally left my phone charger & watch charger there and when I called to ask if I could pay for it to be sent to me in Queensland, I was told he was busy, said he would call me back and didn’t and when I tried to chase it up he blocked my number. Absolutely appalling service!!

everything was great, room as expected. will stay here again.

Not one thing

they were so rude from the minute we arrived tried to make things difficult ruined my whole mood wanted a refund they said no got into the room walked into the bathroom there is about 50 mosquitos had to go ask them for bug spray not a good stay at all will not be back was disgusting

Location

Tv remote did not work, swap for a new one did not work. There was a strong smell of sewage in the room, when checked-in slight smell, just ignored it, but through the night the smell got worst and we needed to cover up the drains and leave exhaust fan on all night, told manager could not care less !

I liked the location and it was nice for my children.

The room had a weird smell, very dusty as well. They didn’t empty the bin after the first night so we had heaps of rubbish. There wasn’t any shampoo and only a little bit of conditioner ( lucky we had our own)

I like the location and the staff

I have stayed here several times but again my room, wasn't cleaned on the 3rd night.
