Close to the airport and free drop off/pick up and the hotel workera are friendly, cheaper than water front hotel, and the hotel allowed me to stay for extention cause my flight is at night. They allowed late check in as well.

The location was great since it is located not far from the airport. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was really polite. Also they have airport shuttle included.
The 5th floor played music really loud. They stopped before nighttime though. overall a good place to stay and we would stay there again.

On the first night the AC wasn’t working in our room. Called the lobby and informed them that the AC wasn’t working the said she will send a maintenance to get it checked, but no one came. Called again midnight the room feels like in the oven and told the lady to send somebody and bring a fan so we can sleep and they did. The next morning i had to tell them again about the AC. Also, that same day the elevator wasn’t working as well.

Convenience..close to the airport. The staff are friendly and courteous.
There was no conditioner in the bathroom. I was borrowing an iron but not available because the laundry room was already closed. The supervisor has no access to the laundry room?? The hotel needs renovation.

I liked the breakfast and the room was very good as usual. The vibe of the hotel was great.
The wifi was unstable during our stay. It made staying in the room less comfy because we can't use apps in our phone.

The hotel is nice, clean and it's new. The staff are nice too. It's near the Airport , but a little far from the center. To go to the center with a taxi, you pay 500 pesos. But if you plan to be near the airport this hotel is a great choice .
The breakfast is not a buffet .

Staff was great
No kittle , plug socket looks dangerous need to be fix behind the lamp table .and the main on is the aircon is very dirty my partner been having allergies sneezing all for 2 nights we have stayed.even the other couple told us she's been sneezing too complaining about the ac. I can even smell something smell bad when the ac is on.
It's not comfortable to sleep.

Good location near the airport. Good breakfast-to-order. Friendly staff.
The check-in and check-out processes are tediously long. Other hotels around the world have figured out how to do these processes much more quickly and efficiently, but Bellavista is still super-slow. They do paperwork by hand, require a cash deposit, etc.
We've stayed in this hotel several times now, but over the years it has become very run down. In our room, 412, shower water pressure was nearly zero, you can't use the nozzle at all. There was a big spider web above the bedside lamp. Not a few strands, a web.
There is a sign saying that they're renovating rooms, so maybe ask for a renovated room and hope that it's nicer than room 412.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable.
Even though the room was booked ahead of time and debit card number was given, I was to meet my GF there the second night, so the first night she arrived, she wasn’t allowed to use the room because I had the debit card. I had to the book a room for her through another platform while trying to get through the airport to catch my next flight.
