Distance from the beach is not comfortable, which makes you be depended on the schedule of shuttle service

very far from the beach, occurred that you have to take a car to the beach and back every time. No restaurants in the hotel all of them are closed during the day except breakfast time. No restaurants in neighborhood. Thanks to Mulia resort we managed to find there gorgeous place (inside this resort ) to have dinner or take pizza take away.

A pleasant hotel with a short shuttle ride or walk to the beach. This hotel would have been lovely about 20years ago. A nice pool area and decent size room and bathroom with own balcony. The receptionist was helpful although the rest of the staff didn’t speak much English.

The hotel is dated and the 5 star rating is misleading. You can see this hotel would have once been very lovely but has some maintenance and updating to be done. The cleanliness could be better. Our shower hadn’t been cleaned properly and some things around the hotel were grubby including the lounge chairs around the pool that were stained and the umbrellas broken.
