Cama muy confortable, gym, sauna húmedo, seco y piscina - desayuno y la ubicación…

Desde mi punto de vista las personas que trabajan en el hotel recalcó no todas deben ser más cordiales.

La amabilidad del personal , especialmente del Restorant . Gracias Sandra G , Ángela y Sherina por atendernos tan bien en nuestros desayunos y cenas .

Close to the Cruise pier and "Zona Libre". Colon is not the prettiest place but the hotel was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Like I said Colon is not the prettiest place in Panama. Some of the surrounding areas were dirty. Too close to the slums.

This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There was a variety of food, but limited option for vegetarian or vegan options It’s the ideal spot for guest who are intending to join the cruise in Colon, Literally five minutes walk and the good thing is, you have a free bag transfer from the hotel to your ship. The location seems to have a few development happening. I believe in couple of weeks more , the will be new shop opening near the cruise dock. Everybody is friendly and helpful as I was travelling alone and I felt safe.

The bathroom required cleaning. Very dusty and room was dirty. Stain on floor.
