A localização era a melhor possível. Os funcionários foram super prestáveis e simpáticos. O hotel é pequeno mas super charmoso.

O único ponto que considerei negativo foi o quarto não ter janela para o exterior, mas sei que é algo típico na zona.

Nos toco una habitacion sin ventana hacia afuera, en la foto parecia tener ventana pero era hacia el interior del hotel lo cual la hacia un pcoo oscura para el precio.

The location couldn't have been more perfect, especially for the price. We were even offered welcome drinks as we entered, which was a nice touch! We had a mixed experience with the staff: when housekeeping lost a contact lens case, we asked at reception and they tried searching for it, to no avail. However, they did offer us a free transfer to the airport instead, much appreciated! Overall staff seemed genuinely helpful, which made up for it.

A minor point: as I was leaving for the airport at 5am, the staff very sweetly packed us two takeaway breakfasts. I asked reception to hold the other portion for my partner when he left at 7am for a different flight, which they agreed to. However, when he asked about it, the same staff that offered us the transfer the night before brusquely told him it was too late and there was no takeaway pack available for him--a rather confusing message given that the breakfast was already packed. The shower also flooded on the first day, but was fixed by the next day.

The location was central with lots of eateries and other convenience stores right around the corner. The staff was helpful and courteous, especially Jenny and Andrea. The chefs were also accommodating with our special requests with food.

The room was smaller than what it said in the description. The bathroom was very close to the bed. Nonetheless, it was aesthetically done up and clean .

Great hotel in a great location, perfect for exploring Hanoi. The staff were fantastic, all were very helpful. We handed in some laundry on check-in, were told it would be done by midday the next day, it was done within 4hrs, brilliant work! They also helped us book a day-trip to Ninh Bình, nothing was ever too much to ask. The room itself was very nice, good size, comfortable bed, nice en-suite.

The breakfast was really good, but maybe needed a few more options.

The hotel was very well situated in old quarter Hanoi, despite being in the centre of the old quarter, it was so quiet in the room. The room were clean daily, the location was quiet and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious with great variety, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The receptionists gave us a run down of everything we need to know about Hanoi when we arrived, and the staff always helped with our bags and doors. They also made sure to act us our point of contact when we had your pick ups so we were not left on our own to navigate. Staff was amazing and helped us book transfers to Sapa and back. Special thanks to Jenny who took great care of us. We highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone to stays in Hanoi! Great value and exceptional service!!

We returned to the boutique hotel returning from Ha Long Bay cruise. We were impressed with the staff, specifically Andrea made our stay very welcoming and was helpful to ensure our stay was a great experience. Excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable space to stay in.

Lovely hotel, super clean rooms and wonderful bathroom with a hot and powerful shower. The bed was super comfy and our room was spacious. We stayed 2 nights in a non window room and you could hear nothing from the streets, then we moved to a room with a city view as we extended and even then the noise was minimal. The staff were all so lovely, a special mention to Kai, who was so welcoming when we arrived and he was really kind. Location was amazing, so close to Old Town. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but I would stay again. It is slightly on the pricier side, but I think this is a common thing for Hanoi!

Property was very clean and modern. The staff were also very helpful and accommodated us despite our early arrival for check in. Upon checking out staff were also very helpful and helped to organise our pick up for our next destination.

Breakfast was plentiful and the two gentleman serving breakfast were really lovely and could not do enough for you. Everything was set out well for breakfast and although it did not cost alot for breakfast you had a full breakfast with plenty of options.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable unfortunately.

The aircond not cold in the room, complaint and the reception willing to change a new room for us.

Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. The free breakfast was also great. They booked services such as taxis provide a laundry service.

The rooms were a little small and not particularly soundproof, we could hear the family next door quite often. Our bed was also very hard- some people might like this though! Asides from this a great stay.

Definitely stay at the Lavender Central Hotel, excellent value, comfy bed, clean and fantastic location. Reception friendly and nothing is too much trouble... arranging a soothing massage, information about Hanoi, things to do and historical sights, airport transport. Just a wonderful team. Thank you!
