The hotel was absolutely beautiful and charming. We appreciated the staff and their willingness to help. What a lovely place. We loved the chukum pool and the decor. We will definitely stay their again.

The property was really nicely decorated. It had a calm and soothing vibe. Although there were other guests in the hotel, it felt like we were the only ones here. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help with booking tours to Uxmal ruins and a taxi to our next destination. We booked a room for 2 nights (Monday thru Wednesday) with two beds, which was equipped with AC and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home. The hotel is close enough to Paseo de Montejo and the downtown area. We were able to explore various restaurants nearby that were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Not necessarily about the property, but beware there are mosquitos so bring repellent and close your room doors quickly. There was construction nearby and you could hear it, but it was obnoxious.

We stayed here on our honeymoon trip round Mexico. The hotel decoration was beautiful. Our room was huge and the private pool/tub was great. Aircon and fans worked really well and the main pool was lovely to relax by and cool down in.

It would be great if the hotel had a bar or more food options. But this would just be a bonus. Everything is great as it is and it was very helpful to be able to use the kitchen to prepare our own food.

beautiful outdoor space with pool when you enter from the front! Big comfortable beds and large room. Staff was really friendly and happy to give suggestions.

Water pressure in the toilet is not too great. A small fridge would have been nice to have in the room.

This hotel is amazing! The building is very modern, the room was huge with a nice view on the pool and the patio. Kudos to the personnel who was very friendly and HELPFUL! They were able to help with a last minute laundry and with booking/advises to other hotel and sightseeing. The place is quiet as the rooms are in the back of the building. I recommend this place.

We were the only guests for 2 nights and it was amazing! A nice boutique hotel in the quiet area of the Merida historical center.

I could hear all happening in the room next to the swimming pool from the swimming pool area, and vice-versa. So you really depend on how quiet other guests are. In the empty hotel the receptionist gave us the choice of 2 rooms only and said the others were booked, but we didnt see anyone duribg our stay

I liked the facility and the room.

I did not like the fact that at breakfast, no one talks English and they don’t have an expresso machine. very basic for a hotel.

It's if you step into a magazine, the place looks amazing! It's just a few steps from the city centre of Merida. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast is good. Parking can be done for extra costs.
