Every thing is good

it was better equipped with hair dryer while other hotels were not. the restaurant was good

did not offer shuttle service, a receptionist or two were not very helpful when needing a taxi. just like all the others, prices for bottled water or sodas or chips & candies were too expensive.

Not the most modern, but very clean. Stuff is very helpful, location very good. For this price - quality is very good. I'm recommending this place,

* Location is good with car, near the highway (but nothing around on walk-distance) * Price (BUT; ibis budget is the same price with more comfort, better go there if price is important)

* Bad smell on hallways because of the restaurant * Child bed is more like sleeping on a half joga mat under a bed, its some kind of a sofa from 1950' s maybe. Main bed was good enough * Dirty carpets (renovation on progress) * Old bathroom door could not be closed, but locked * Bath water temperature is changing in few seconds from 10 to 40 degrees and back if you set average, nice shocking method for body * Enterance to the room with card could only be done by staff, some strange timing is needed to open * Poor English on reseption, no English on phone; better for locals * Small room, no place to put your luggages, keep them at car *** We were 2 adults and 1 kid (8 years old)

very noisey from motorway

we are receiving too many emails before and after the booking with exactly same content. and the content is missing essential information like access from RER station. there was a problem the night of my booking to access the way to the hotel and I called the hotel for 20 minutes many times without any responses. it was late at night and I had to call a taxi cause I couldn't reach the hotel.

the cleaning staff was very noisy from early morning and tactless and allowed to open the doors even without knocking

The stuff was completely unprofessional, rude and they didn’t want to communicate inEnglish. The restaurant La Boucherie was too expensive for the quality it provides and also the lady that was responsible for the breakfast was extremely rude

food was very poor quality food. huge waiting times. breakfast was dreadful. staff looked dishevelled and as I stood waiting for food a member man handled the cheese on the plate.

We arrived late and the staff kept the restaurant open for us which was great as we had a long flight and were tired and hungry. Good location to airport.
