Room was clean, but lacking better maintenance (broken lamps, etc.). The room could have pictures on the walls for better coziness. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

Strefa wellness- Pani, która tam pracuje przemiła. Pierwszy raz korzystaliśmy z saun w hotelu, Pani bardzo fajnie nas wprowadziła opowiedziała o wszystkim. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy! Dodatkowo zamawiając przez Booking śniadania były w bardzo niskiej cenie w porównaniu z wyborem pokoju bez śniadania- różnica groszowa. Bufet bardzo przyzwoity, wiele rzeczy do spróbowania na ciepło jak i na zimno.

Room are big enough, bathroom is clean, tidy, quiet. Air conditioning in the room is great, quiet. Receptionist easy to communicate, very friendly, always smiling. Parking is good, easy. Breakfast are great. Restaurant in the hotel is good too. Close to the train to Krakow.

The breakfast was plentiful but the coffee from the coffee machine was pretty awful! That would be my only criticism about breakfast. We tried several times to get a good hot cup of coffee but gave up after a while The room was large, comfortable and clean The common parts of the hotel all seemed really clean, including the spa which we used on one occasion We did actually eat a few evening meals at the hotel and having stayed for a week thought there might have been a change of menu at some stage but there wasn't

Lovely and clean rooms are massive , and good location

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was quiet at night in the corridors which was great.

Pillows are shocking and not conducive to a good night's sleep. You cannot open any windows in the room. Not all of us like AC. The room was stiflingly hot and stuffy and needed some fresh air. Would have benefited from a garden based outside space rather than the bar space which is essentially in a supermarket carpark. Decent enough stay, but a little over priced because of these things

Nice hotel, huge parking and grocery store are within 1 minute walk. Breakfast is ok.

The price is a little bit high. There was a concert or disco which was very loud.

All in all it is a nice place. Breakfast was quite OK, nothing special but definitely not bad either. Location is good if you are a tourist and staying for short period. Probably also OK if you are staying for longer period and not as a tourist. Parking was available, monitored and plenty of space. There is a shop literally in the parking lot so that was nice. English speaking staff. Very clean and quiet place.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel was very quiet, aided perhaps also by the thick carpets in all corridors as well as in the room. The breakfast was nicely displayed and included both savory and sweet options. There is plenty of free (unguarded) parking available right next to the hotel. We visited the salt mines and were able to walk from the hotel to the salt mines, which was nice.

Located outside Krakow center, 15min walk from Wielicka salt mines. Family suite room was quite big and cosy. Good breakfast selection. Fair 3 + stars hotel. Next to hotel there is an nice food supermarket, as well train station (city center - Wielicka salt mines branch) - modern train will deliver you to Krakow center in 20 minutes, as well ticket is something 5-6PZL per person (1-1,5€)

Family suite was located above some dance hall, event hall - on sunday night there was quite loud music.

Our shower was broken, so that wasnt the best experience. But overall good stay.
