Great aqua park, amazing beach, very friendly staff, events with typical Egyptian food, big rooms.

I had a large room with a sea view which was amazing.
The Italian a la carte was nice which should be the standard of the buffet.
The entertainment was ok due to the animation team.
The beach chairs were comfortable therefore very relaxing to lay by the beach. It was good that camel rides were also offered at the beach.
Very easy to get transport to where you want to go.
Although I had a nice room and the beds made every day, the sheets and towels were never changed. In fact the towel origami was made from dirty towels which were not towels from my room.
The food was very poor. For a 4 star hotel I would expect much better. The Italian a la carte was nice which should be the standard of the buffet. This is not what an all inclusive hotel is, it's more like full board therefore not good value for money at all. There was also no variation in the food served.
The drinks were bad and watered down. Everything was served in small plastic disposable cups you would use for a children's party. Not what I would expect from an alleged 4 start hotel.
The entertainment is lovely due to the animation team. I do think the entertainment should start much earlier and maybe be moved inside as it is quite cold in the evening and there doesn't seem to be adequate seating. When seated, guests can be quite rude and stand in front of your view.
The beach was not a nice beach, not sandy. It was more fine pebble like.

1. The location and the view is beautiful. Shops are close by.

2. The shower head is old and rusty: so water projection was weak. Maybe time to change it.

The room was spacious and in a generally good condition. Housekeeping was very good and housekeeping staff were very helpful and polite. The swimming pools and the aqua park were nice. The staff in the restaurant were also very helpful. The kids mini disco in the evening was quite entertaining.
As mentioned in many reviews previously, service from reception staff was very poor and at times quite rude. We had a continuous issue with the room key- won’t open and had to be replaced quite often. When we asked for two keys for the room we were told they only give one key. There was some variation of food during lunch and dinner but the quality of the food was really poor/tasteless. The restaurant gets very crowded and you often have to wait to get a table. The towel centre staff were very unhelpful and they would change your towels only early in the mornings. The night entertainment was quite noisy. We wouldn’t come back to this hotel and certainly wouldn’t recommend it, especially due to reception staff.

The aqua park is a plus. Mohamed Nabil at the front desk was very exceptional helpful.
Because of the free meals, people wasting way too much food. The Wi-Fi only in the lobby??

- Waves pool was amazing.

- Aqua Park suitable for kids only. No double slides.
- Very limited hours for the Aqua.
- Dinner duration is only 2 hours.
- Our towel was taken from our seats at the pool.
- Only one towel centre at all the hotel.
- No variety in snacks. And limited duration.
- Food taste is below average. Almost same food everyday.
- I ordered hot chocolate, he told me it is not included.
- The elevator wasn't working.

I want to be as objective as I can. This hotel was not the best or the worst. From the citizen of EU's point of view, it does not meet the standard requirements :( But:
- Regular room cleaning, fresh linen and towels every day.
- Room was large and spacious. We were able to run our own program on TV via USB.
- The area has been cleaned with a well-kept garden and beach.
- Regular spraying against mosquitoes.
- Large selection of food, but the taste is average (we had not a food poisoning)
- Staff pleasant and friendly, but sometimes annoying.
- You have a lot of options for activities (spa, boats, diving, parasailing, camels, dolphins etc.)
- The furniture and equipment of the aqua park were not maintained, some things were damaged and just dangerous.
- The evening program was so noisy that it was impossible to sit down and watch it without feeling your ears bleeding. Even so noisy that I couldn't sleep because of it, even though I had a room on the opposite side of the complex.
- Overall, I rate the noise in the room also high, you can hear every noise from other rooms and outside too.
- WIFI can be connected only in the lobby or on the beach.
- Local products (cosmetics such as sunscreen, shampoo or even pharmacy, clothing, food, alcohol etc.) are so much worse quality than we have in the EU. International products can only be purchased by Duty-free for a high fee. But that is not the fault of the hotel.

the beach is good , and the room size is good suitable for family and children animation team was good and some good parties and aqua park was good .
the room not clean and cleaning not well , i was facing issue in access balcony because of a lot of birds nests , the food taste not good and no varieties in food buffet and the restaurant was messy and not organized well ,

We liked the hotel facilities, our lovely sea room, the amazing aqua park and our friendly housekeeper
Starting from the check in , there were two guys at the reception and no one explained us what is part of our all inclusive package neither they welcomed us to the resort.
The guy in the restaurant (outside area) was not really friendly and served just few guests. Forks & knives never were ready on the table(do it yourself) in the info sheet was written during lunch & dinner wine is served. Couldn't even find it ones , even after talking to the restaurant manager. The food was always cold and the quality even not worth 3 stars.
