Wonderful setting. Charming hosts. Excellent kitchen, both quality and quantity. Beautiful sundowner location with great snacks. Lots of walks available.
Only minor gripe is that the bath was not operational. But the shower was, so not a major issue. Note that you are truly off-grid at Corona as there is no internet connection (or at least there wasn't any while we were there). Might be a negative for some, but a positive for us.

Wir hatten die Corona Guest aufgrund einer Empfehlung eines.Freundes für den Abschluss unserer Rundreise gewählt und wurden nicht enttäuscht.
Alles scheint stimmig: die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer, das grandiose gemeinsame Essen an der mit frischen Blüten geschmückten Tafel und vor allem der ausgezeichnete Service des gesamten Personals. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Die Corona Guest Farm war nach Übernahme unseres Fahrzeugs am Ankunftstag (morgens) direkt unser erstes Ziel. Und damit waren wir gleich mitten drin in dieser herrlichen Landschaft und einer Unterkunft, die den Aufenthalt mit vielen schönen Details angenehm macht - die Einrichtung der Zimmer, die Aufenthaltsräume, der Garten - alles wunderbar ruhig und schön. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Qualität des Essens. Beim gemeinsamen Abendessen sitzt man nicht nur an einem schön dekorierten Tisch. Das Essen selbst war einfach großartig. Und fand im Frühstück eine leckere Fortsetzung. Auch für eine Nacht war das ein Erlebnis, wer die Wanderungen und anderen Aktivitäten machen möchte, hält es bestimmt auch sehr gut für mehrere Tage auf der Corona Guest Farm aus.

Gefehlt haben eigentlich nur ein Kühlschrank, ein Wasserkocher und die Klimaanlage. Man merkte, dass Strom Mangelware ist. Auch der Pool war nicht einladend, da die Umwälzpumpe nicht in Betrieb war.
Das Essen war dagegen ausgezeichnet.

Corona Guest Farm was without any doubt our favorite place in Namibia. This unique farm is itself worth a trip to Namibia. That kind of place where you would want to stay for a whole week just enjoying the genuine, delicate and extremely elegant atmosphere (every room is different from the other and uniquely furnished) reading and writing. Best cuisine also by Anne Marie, the chef!

Everything! Janus and Fernando made us feel at home immediately, Anna Marie made the best food we had in 3 weeks, and the location and the facilities were excellent. We really didn’t want to leave, especially after the New Year’s party. The swimming pool area and gardens are fantastic!

What a delightful oasis in the wilds. This farm stay is a little off the beaten path but well work it. Lovely accommodations, beautiful grounds, delightful staff, incredible meals and good wifi.

The location, the staff and the owner are wonderful
It is just a little bit hard getting to the location, as the roads (C14, C26) are in bad condition. But this has NOTHING to do with the premises directly. Maybe foreigners just need to learn how to drive the Namibian way ;) Plan on twice the time that GOOGLE MAPS estimates, and then you're safe.

Everything ! Greeting, location in middle of nowhere in Gamsberg mountains/canyon, pool and garden, fire pit, star gazing, great hosts and cook, huge well appointed farmstead rooms.......
