The villa was fantastic. So clean and modern. The staff were amazing and attentive. We had a great time. Will definately be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay here, 4 nights at the Hibiscus villa. Beautiful private pool with lounge beds in the shade and in the sun. Our excellent butler prepared a delicious breakfast every morning.

Beach is a bit further away but with Grab or taxi you can reach anyting very fast.

All staffs at Serene Villas are very amazing.They all are very friendly,helpful and very attentive to all of our requests promptly and seriously.Tour co-ordinator and driver from Serene Villas,Agus, is exceptionally good.He is always punctual(we went around tours in Bali with him 7 days.Henever late for even a single minute for the appointments).He is so patient,always positive, efficient and always willing to help.Our butler,Sumi,is also very good and helpful.She's also very attentive and trying to fulfil our requests very efficiently.Other staff,Suriya,is also very caring,helpful.I should not miss to mention the efficiency and hospitality of other staffs too.We had a very solid 9 days stay at The Villas.

Small leak from the ceiling not a big deal. so small it possible it was condensation.

the staff were amazing. they became our friends. they would do anything for us. nothing was a problem. it’s in a perfect location to all beach clubs , restaurants and night life. we had a baby and all the staff would take turns holding her and looking after her. it was really lovely atmosphere. rooms and villa was constantly maintained and cleaned. we would definitely return again.

The staff was very Nice and Courteous. The Villa is walking distance from major key restaurants and shops in Semniyak. Each Villa had a butler service who was very helpful in arranging anything that u wanted. K Circle and M mart , Laundry and bike rentals are just outside the Villa Road.

The pool can be better maintained plus No toiletries were provided.

The Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the Christmas day set menu and liked that the villa was decorated with lights and a Christmas tree. The villa service was fantastic.

The plastic sheets on the ceiling. It made a continuous noise throughout the night when windy. We needed to stay an extra 6 hours after check out, as a family member was feeling unwell. We were asked to pay $300 we negotiated $200 but I still feel this was expensive. Unfortunately we had no choice.

Breakfast was good. On time. Everything was cooked on the spot in the villa.

Location and friendly staff.

Floors in the bedroom downstairs were uneven, with a nail sticking out. No hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom. The pool is too small. There are not enough outlets in the rooms. The ac unit is not in an ideal place. The air from the ac was right in your face.

very nice villa, relatively close to Seminyak’s Main Street. it looks pleasant and is very comfortable.

A bit dated on some points. AC made some noise and hot water didn’t work (although was fixed quickly)

Villa was lovely and secure and set far baxk off the street.Staff were really responsive and very helpful. Location was not far from shops and restaurants - very convenient. Lots of bikes and taxis pass by the street.

Noise from nearby villas. The rooster nearby needs to go. It starts going from really early in the morning. Can't do much about the rowdy tourists though.

loved the host and all the people that are working at the villa, they are so lovely and most of all so helpful and kind. we abslolutly loved everything about our stay.

Great staff - flexible, non-intrusive, helpful - could not ask for more. Quiet as can be - no horns, no traffic no human noise , whilst being a 5-7 minute walk from the busiest parts of Seminyak Large spacious villa (3 bedroom) with big bedrooms and a well sized pool - comfortable common areas and a homely breakfast every morning

The rooms could have been better lit - became pretty dark at night - had to wait for day time to pack (had to throw the curtains open for it ) and the AC could work more efficiently during the day (though sleeping at night was never an issue)

This was our first family trip to Bali so I was definitely not sure what to expect but everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our flight arrived at 12:30 am and didn’t arrive at Serene Villa until 2:30am and the lovely staff were there to greet us. Would definitely love to stay there again one day, just beautiful.

The lovely staff ensured we were looked after so well. I’ve stayed in 4 different accomodations so far in Bali, this one tops the list. the staff are genuinely kind hearted and make sure you are enjoying your stay. they go above and beyond, the facilities are also gorgeous.
