Very welcoming and friendly place to stay. Convenient as we were flying back home from here and it’s close to the airport. Very comfortable huge bed with nice pillows.

Service was exceptional. Food was great.

The property is next to road and has very little sound proofing. I couldn't sleep in the night due to the traffic noise. The noise makes conversations inaudible in lobby and restaurant.

I always stay at all the Grandmas Hotels when in Bali

We loved our stay at Grandma's Airport! The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfy. We requested two rooms close to one another (we are a family of four) and this was easily accommodated. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. Spa services were excellent and well-priced. The restaurant food was delicious and the drinks were top notch. The pool was lovely and clean. All in all, would highly recommend!

It was clean tidy simple room, aircon was on so it made it cool when I arrived at midnight. They organised a driver to pick me up early hours of the morning. Staff was lovely. Quiet room that I slept in. And was cheap. I recommend

There was no bintang

The room was great, large comfy bed, nice bathroom etc. The food was really really good and great price considering hotels are usually too expensive and we usually go else where. Breakfast was very good too. Bar was nice and modern to chill in and had good wifi. Staff were really friendly especially Alfian, Ayu, Adi and Klisn.

The tv is outdated in the room, has black shadows on the screen. Chanel’s weren’t great, better to just have a Cable to put your phone to it or Netflix etc.

Location is nice and close to the airport, but you have to travel around, 'cause of the traffic. super expensive without a scooter.
