the location, the staff, rooms were big, nice pool villa.

the food at the restaurant was bland, no spice, like somebody had told them that tourist do not like any spices.

it’s tired and in desperate need of some renovations. The pool villas are cute, but definitely need some work. Shower only dribbled out water, and bath didn’t work.

The warm welcome and the friendliness of staff was outstanding.. We felt welcomed and staff were always happy to oblige and help in any way. Food was excellent and so well presented and tasty. We were reluctant to eat elsewhere in case of a duff meal ..always cooked to order. The bedrooms were beautiful too.

Only that the sunbeds were a little tired and the covers needed replacing (perhaps due to exposure to all those downpours !) as could the pool towels ..

Too many to list! The natural beauty, the architecture, the decor, the staff, the food, the amenities, the vibe, the airport transfers, the tours, everything above imagination!!!

I was in this place for 3 days, which were wonderful. The staff that work there are very friendly and they treated us very well. The place is very clean and there is a lot of attention there. I recommend this place for a vacation.

location was farther from Ubud center, but perfect for my yoga Teacher Training 4 doors down at Samyama .

This 3 nights stay for our honeymoon was absolutely perfect. Our villa with private pool was stunning and the hotel is hôtel was really beautiful. Special mention to the staff which was amazing and always ready helpfup. Would come back for sure !

The whole experience from the time that we arrived in the early hours of the morning after a flight delay, was perfect. The staff could not have been more courteous, helpful and friendly. We had a deluxe villa for 3 nights with our own pool, it was brilliant. Clean, big and had everything we needed. The resort is out of Ubud town which is a blessing, a haven away from the hustle and bustle. The massages and experiences from the spa were fantastic. Highly recommended Sankara.

The property considered close to the center and entertainment like Bali zoo and Bali bird park and it was prize were acceptable

There were construction work besid the villa and in top of villa which cause noise inside the room ,moreover swimming pool were not fully private and it was exposed from right side.2 days After i complaine they changed the villa and they give me free dinner.

Lovely pool, great activities, free morning yoga class, free shuttle to Ubud centre, nice breakfast, restaurant food very good.

Found a large cockroach in our bathroom after being out for the day. Called reception who came and removed it, however told us not to leave our doors open (insinuating it was somehow our fault - my wife has arachnophobia so we never left the doors open more than a couple of seconds when leaving or entering the room, aside from the face that we were out all day and the only people that had been in the room were the cleaning staff). My wife couldn’t sleep all night due to her fear of insects/bugs. It’s worth noting that even when backpacking and staying in hostels a few years ago, I had never encountered a cockroach in a bedroom - this is supposed to be a high end hotel and we were visiting for our honeymoon - this was really unacceptable. Wanted to make a complaint and was given an email address to contact. I did send an email but have had no response. Disappointing to say the least. This experience ruined our stay here.

I loved that it was out of downtown Ubud but not too far away so you could go in and out a couple of times in a day . the staff were fabulous. the property beautiful . daily yoga was excellent.

Everything was incredible! Friendly & helpful staff, beauty everywhere, great food. The hotel is away from the business of Ubud centre & felt like an oasis. We had a villa with our own pool! Loved it so much!

The room was beautiful and spacious. Our private pool was amazing. We loved the Spa Centre where the prices were great value and the services were so relaxing and pampering. The food in the restaurant was terrific, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the free shuttle service into Ubud.
