Amazing service, beautiful location, lots to do. Big hotel so never felt crowded. Lovely variety of food. Great for families, the staff were so kind and friendly with my son. Kids club is very nice. Really good size family room. Also moved us very willingly when we requested a different room due to the music at night. Thanks to all the staff in the restaurants particularly Mohammad, Arafa at Marchaba which was our favorite! Beth for the fun aqua fit sessions, Ahmed on the beach and Olga the concierge.

I liked everything and hope to come back. A few nights the sheets felt old, like they had been washed too much.

Very clean. friendly staff. Restaurants are great. It was quite and chill.

Internet is subpar. I've never seen a 5-stars hotel that gives you limited package internet in the room and the lobby. Limited per 3 devices only, and 4GB only. I was out of internet on the 2nd day and was not able to watch movies. Staff was very polite, yet was not trained well. They didn't answer our questions easily and were not always helpful.

Loved the reception guy who made us an upgrade (i wrote the name, but lost the piece of paper :( ) and gave us a very lovely quiet room with a great sea view and even its own jakuzzi. I regret giving him no tips as i was very tired and stressed with card troubles. i wish i return one day and say proper turkish thank you with a money incentive.

The breakfast seems to offer variate but in reality i could hardly find healthy food. we expected a little more from such a nice place.

Everything, especially the hardworking staff, they are all amazing and make you feel special. The resort is kept immaculately clean at all times. The adults area where we stayed was lovely.

The restaurant was very good The restaurant staff are professional and helpful the vice main Chef Mr Mohamed Rizq was very professional and cooperative, The chef Ragab Wardany at the main restaurant was very helpful especially when asked him for a special help. The Italian restaurant is good especially the grilled salmon and the soup. The Marhaba restaurant was very good especially the mix grilled sea food and the tajin and the fattet shawerma but the portion of the mix grill is really small and not enough at all for one person The American restaurant is very distinct by the dish of Sirilion Steak which was very exceptional and delicious, I asked and know that it is done by the special steak Chef Mr Ahmed Moheb, also the restaurant manager Mr Reda was very welcoming and helpful and rapid in serving and cooperative. Captain Samy at the snorkeling is very professional and cooperative and respectful. The pools and aqua are very clean and the rescue team are excellent

I didn’t like 4 points 1- The sales team is not cooperative at all I contacted them twice one by phone and one by email and they refused help at all , the booking.com was really easier and more professional than the sales team. 2- The towels of the pool and the sea is really managed by strange process, you can only change them at room only , if you need to change towels after it become wet or unclean you have to do great effort and waste long time to go to room and call the operator and ask HK to change them that will waste your time for minimum 30 mins to change the towel or you have to use it wet or unclean, really very strange thing not to find towels at the swimming pool or the sea. 3- The Wi-Fi is only free 4 gigabyte for all the room members and after this they are charging you very expensive, 4- There’s no water tapes available at the end of the sand to clean your feet before going to the rooms to avoid a huge sands in your room.

Amazing view to the island, awesome sunsets and sunrises everyday, clean and spacious rooms, quality food and drinks. Incredibly beautiful and clean private beach with reefs. Stylish bars and restaurant with live music everyday. I would like to say a special thanks to all the staff of the hotel, who throughout our staying were responsive and friendly! I also want to thank coach Francesco for a huge number of sports activities that turned my vacation into a real fitness tour, which I have long dreamed of! Every day he included in our program yoga, Pilates, stretching, a variety of functional training, tennis, archery practice and so on. If I ever come to Egypt, then only to TUI BLUE Sensatori 💙

the coral reef good but not the best

The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough to help - nothing was too much trouble and they seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even thought about it ourselves! The bed was soooo comfortable and the room had everything we needed, as did the resort. It was so relaxing to not have to think about or worry about a thing. The sea was crystal clear and we had the best snorkelling experience we've ever had. Definitely buy one of those new-fangled snorkel masks from the hotel shop - they are well worth it! Oh and the food? SO much choice and very delicious. Finally - the wellbeing classes were brilliant - a great way to try new activities without judgement and in such a stunning setting. Francesco, Hannah and Emma are great instructors and very inspirational. We definitely want to come back again next winter!

The staff were not professional. I reserved the all inclusive room and two of the reception staff tried to charge me for the wifi? when I showed my booking indicating free wifi they deleted the invoice. Also, I didn’t like the Italian restaurant the food were not cooked and the chicken had a fishy smell. very weird experience!!!! bathroom please put a hair conditioner instead of conditioning shampoo

Very clean and tidy. Staff in all areas go above and beyond.

Some pools were unavailable and quite a lot of work going on. I understand its out of season but no notification was given in advance.

Great staff, location, facilities and service

Our second time here, so obviously we don't have any complaints.

Overall we had a lovely stay, room is clean and frequently cleaned with everything restocked, service is exceptional and all the staff are very attentive to your needs and are very friendly. Food at the main restaurant is average however the other restaurants that you can book individually with some included in the all inclusive package are lovely, including Maharba, Tiran, Gokan and Casa Bianca. Lots of activities during the day and night with some great singers in the evening! The gym is standard for a hotel, with a really nice view of the sea, however it can get hot in there once the sun is up! Location is good very close to the airport and the hotel can give you a changing room if you need to check out a lot earlier before your flight. Shout outs to Ahmed, Ahmed, Mohammed and Catman!

A hair dryer in the room might be upgraded. It took ages to dry my relatively short hair, and you do need it every day. Also cocktails the very last day (before our leave) in the Tiran restaurant seemed to contain poor quality alcohol.

Food has no taste. Many variety but no taste. Animation team must be more active. I saw them rarely.

The property itself is big and lovely. The coral reefs right of the jetty are to die for. Service was also great.

The rooms seemed quite rundown and old. The biggest let down though was the food - it was absolutely awful - overcooked, dry and bland.

Everything... It was absolutely perfect from every point of view.

Nothing... Maybe just the position of the bedroom because the staff use to pass very close several times and sometimes it was noisy during the night.
