The good things: - The night shows/ minidisco are ok. - The reef is one of the best in Sharm. - Most of the employees were polite and helpfull (with exceptional performance from Natalia, that is the most engaged and professional guest relations representative I've ever encountered in Egipt). - The family room is great: it has two rooms and two bathrooms, wich is very good. The cleanliness was good.

I've been to Sharm 20 times and i've stayed at over 10 hotels. I can tell you that the grade (8.9) that this hotel has on Booking.com does not reflect the reality. It is overratet: - The beach is one of the worst i've seen. It is dirty and full of garbage, including cigarette mugs. The lifeguard service at the beach is a joke, as they stay on a cliff and could not get in time to a person in need. Also the beach is not children friendly because it is full of rocks/ dead corals that can cut into your skin. - The jetty (the one in the water) is old and slippery. It is dangerous and you can injure yourself (as it happened to me and other people). - At the restaurant, in the grill/ waffels areas, the cooks are verry rude - mainly Naser and Rabia (the two should not work with the public). This has never happened to us in Egipt. The food variety is low, and there were days when we had problems finding something to eat (keep in mind we are not picky people when it comes to food). - Most things at this hotel (furniture, sunbeds etc.) are old and should have been replaced a long time ago. - The free wifi is the worst. It is unusable. You have to pay extra (40 euro) for modest Internet from the hotel (that doesn't work most of the time). I would recommend you buy a sim from the outside mobile providers. In the state in wich this hotel is now, if you are not all in on the snorkeling, you have other options in Sharm. Belive me!

All was great, but may be if you arrive out of the times of lunch or dinner, not many options to eat untill they start to prepare something.

Besides the Russians, Everything. Starting with Mr. Islam at the reception who upgraded us to a family suite, wonderful people from the animations team, great food (and no belly problems even though we ate also salads etc.). Clean room every day maintained by a very helpful man. Wonderful massages at the SPA, great beauty salon too.

Unfortunately the hotel accepts guests from Russia. Hearing them complaining about having problems flying there, just breaks your heart knowing what terrible crimes their soldiers committ on civil Ukrainian people :(

Тихое уединенное место. Good promenade along the coastline. Several different beaches. There are places to look after the fishes. Big territory. Few guests. Good rooms. Not bad food, but poor selection of drinks.

Poor rental of underwater masks on the territory - take the mask with you.

A good traditional-style hotel with a quite long coastline (two pier, no beach) and a beautiful coral reef - very good for snorkling. The staff is very friendly, ready to help, and speaks multiple languages. The food was quite good on russian taste, was reading too much critics from Italians feedback =) Anyway. One main restaurant for all-inclusive breakfast\lunch\dinner; one pizzeria for lunches mainly; one grill-bar that have to be booked in advance. Was living in the room 309 - actually good location, 2nd floor, private terrace with a sea-view. The room surrounding is quite old-fashioned, but kept in the good condition and very clean. Personally I was not interested in animation (some good shows there though) and volleyball, but I discovered this place to be perfect for snorkling. Even bought a mask for 20$ in the hotel bazar. If you have your own, take it for sure! The best fishes I found at 8 A.M. Many thanks to the Labranda Hotel for a very good recharge, and discovering new experiences.

Was a bit overpriced on the last week of december 2022, high season.. Can't say anything bad, more like a feedback for the hotel service personnel. Just maybe an additional attention could be paid to the room surrounding: -one lamp out of 6 is falling out in the bathroom, -The "free" wifi is just not working. Of course, there is possibility to buy gigabytes at reception, but with the free one it's just impossible to do something, even messengeers are working from hour to hour. This is good actually for informatiom detox, but if you are insta-blogger, consider buying an unlim at check-in.

great location, not busy and very quietly and intimate. everything so simple as so beautiful sustainable green agenda. all the resort facilities are very maintenance and cleaning as well. the team are very welcoming, and you have all that you need over the place for best vacation include amazing and large reef for snorkelling, swimming and diving

amazing property, the staff were amazing and the views were incredible. we got a better room than we expected and Islam at the front made the whole experience for us wonderful. the buffets included were so nice and the price for the room and all inclusive was a great deal! I would highly recommend

Very calm and Mediterranean-style resort. A sharp contrast to the huge obscene resorts of Sharm. Amazing people who were genuinely helpful and didn't try to rip you off like in other hotels where I stayed. Great beach, great corals, and amazing food. Very chilled and classy entertainment programme. This is the only place in Sharm that truly makes me want to return. Thank you so much for your help and hospitality!

Beautiful resort! Great staff! Both the snorkelling and diving right off the resort were so great.

The cement walkway out passed the coral is incredibly slippery. They should explore a raised or floating deck to make the journey out to the water safer.

in general the hotel is very good, although there are some defects but the hotel staff specially reception team are fantastic they can turn my vacation pleasant

Comminication with the hotel reception - online before arrival / in person - fast and clear They gave us very nice family room instead of extra beds for 2 children. Room service was dilligent and very proffesional. Hotel car was in place at the time (arrival / departure) and drivers were very willing to help us. Locality, hotel services, personell (animation team / waiters / cookers / barmans / gardeners) - all at high standard. Bottom note outside hotel review - also Freediving World facility located inside hotel - top facility. Nice people, good communication, it was nice time with them.

Internet - only in certain places (bars, pools, reception) and very slow, not reliable (sometimes DHCP servers was not functional). But i am looking at it as good for digital detox,

Some facilities need renovation

The hotel was first class, the staff, the facilities and the all inclusive food. Amazing private beach and deck chairs everything perfect from this end.

KEEP AWAY FROM THE DIVE SHOP AMD STAFF. We paid 200 euro for 2 person dove experience. We had a firm 130pm appointment. We were put into a room and waited 30 minutes before someone came in and put on a video in Spanish!!! We speak English. 90 minutes later we complained that we are just waiting .. they yelled at us, insulted me and were aggressive. ILLEGAL. I noted on the form I am a smoker, the instructed came back to me with a fresh form and told me to tick non smoker as I wouldn’t be allowed to dive?? They are unprofessional, dismiss medical advice and soured our holiday. Management should reprimand the whole team, retrain them in manners and customer service. Their behaviour is a poor reflection of an amazing resort and hotel. KEEP AWAY FROM THE DIVE SHOP.

The location, the animation team are great with the kids, most of the staff are friendly too. The pools are OK. The food was very good but nothing fancy. The sea has some great coral reefs and fishes. The reception guys are very nice and helpful and Ramy the life guard is awesome!

The jetty is outdated & needs to be fixed, luckily there is a new one that is currently being built. The bathrooms needs more attention, as well as the air conditioning in some rooms. Not all of the staff are that helpful. The type of soap in the rooms are of a very bad quality!

to the hotel manager, I wanted to praise the work of Islam a reliable, helpful, personable employee, I will return to stay at this hotel just because of him, it should be noted that I run a medical center and I was willing to hire such an employee, thank you very much for the hospitality!
