Proximity to airport was ideal for transiting. Despite being next to the airport, it was remarkably quiet.

Hallways and carpet looked very shabby, did not reflect the standard of the rooms themselves which are modern, clean and updated.

Lovely pool area that was well maintained. Dining area was lovely . Very friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you.

Clean hotel and spacious - comfortable bed and clean room. The staff were attentive & the pool was a lovely addition.

The only thing I’d comment on, was needing a room card on you to go up in the lift. I went down on 2 occasions and didn’t take my card and it was slightly frustrating that I had to wait for a member of staff to let me go up in the lift or contact my partner to bring the card. I get I could have took the key, but didn’t and this is the only thing that I noticed - apart from that excellent.

Arrived after midnight which is common for this city and there was no mini bar or room service or dispensing machine, so could not eat and only a small bottle of water at room temperature in the room

Was not picked up at airport, I had requested the hotel shuttle n got a reply my driver would display my name in the pick up area. I waited an hour then had to call the hotel to arrange. Breakfast only starts at 7 am and I had to check out before then so requested a take out breakfast ( that I had paid for) but no breakfast was prepared for my early departure!

Overall this hotel is in bad shape, we were so shocked after a day of travel from elsewhere in Indonesia. We came very close to just checking out so we didn't have to end our trip on such a bad note. However it felt too hard with the kids, so we made do, had a sleep, and spent the next day before our flight at Waterbom. The hallways have patches of ripped and rotting carpet and they smell of rotting beer and urinal cakes. There is paint chipping off the walls and patches of black mould visible. The elevators smell like a urinal, we ended up using the stairs where possible because of it. In the room, there is an odour coming from the bathroom, we kept the door shut. There was little ventilation. The towels were old, raggy and grey. The food is dire. DIRE. Do not pay for any food as part of your room package if at all possible. Get your food elsewhere. Or fast lol. A cocktail turned up in a scratched plastic wine glass, made with some horrendous pre-made cocktail syrup mix I would have considered using when I was 18 at Uni trying to save money. They even ruined a nasi goreng. My kids wouldn't eat the fries, that's almost all you need to know. The breakfast had a wide selection of sketchy food. We stuck to the fresh fruit and freshly cooked eggs. Even the pancakes are pre made or pre purchased, hard to tell which. Do not stay here! Stay at Novotel in the airport, we stayed there on our way in, perfectly good airport hotel.

Convenient to airport and a nice pool. We didn't stay the night but booked a room so we had somewhere to hang out before a late flight.

not good value for money. The lobby looked 5 star BUT as soon as you went through the glass doors it was musky, very old shabby stained carpet, no air and smalled like mould. Needs an upgrade. Cleasiness was superficial.

Proximity to the airport was the only bonus. We should have booked a much nicer hotel in Kuta, only ten mins down the road.

Arrived late at night, long queue at check in. Receptionist was as tired as the guests and barely looked up from his paperwork. A cockroach scurried along the length of benchtop, as soon as we opened the door and switched the lights on. Hotel needs to organise more frequent pest control visits. Carpets along corridors are filthy, stained and mildewed with mould growing along the skirting board due to dripping air conditioners. Need replacing. Breakfast was very average with unappetising buffet The hotel was not worthy of the Hilton name. We booked the property on the strength of the Hilton reputation. It made us think perhaps the entire Hilton chain is old and dated and past it’s 1970’s heyday.

As a first-time visitor to Bali, I was looking for comfort and convenience, and this hotel delivered on both fronts. We spent our initial two nights here, which allowed us to settle in and explore without the hassle of long commutes. What truly stood out was the flexibility the hotel provided. Facing a middle-of-the-night departure flight, we were able to book a 7-hour stay on our final day at half the usual cost. This thoughtful service ensured we were rested and ready for our journey home. The hotel's massage spa deserves a special mention. It was a haven of relaxation, offering excellent treatments that rejuvenated us after a day of exploration. And when it comes to value, the hotel truly shines. The prices were very reasonable, providing great amenities without breaking the bank. In summary, whether you're looking for a brief stopover or a comfortable base for your Bali escapades, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to any traveler seeking a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent value.

If you have a late/ early flight then perfect. Note: you have to get a taxi here but, the hotel will help with this. There is no ATM at the hotel. They do take card. The swimming pool was a good morning workout and the breakfast was nice. The room was nice for 1 night

The room was on the ground floor so it smelt a little damp.

Rooms were great and comfortable. We booked this hotel for one night to be close to the airport awaiting a flight .

Would have preferred to have refreshments and room service to be billed to our room as opposed to having a wallet or phone with us around the pool area . Ordered room service and when it arrived food was not hot.

Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Shower and bathroom very clean, good quality products in the shower. Pool was beautiful and poolside area also very nice, enjoyed a swim in the morning before my departure. Breakfast was lovely - lots of fresh fruit, a chef to make personalised omelettes, pastries etc. Would definitely stay again.

AC wasn't very powerful in the room but just about adequate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool is fantastic.

The room was tired. The hallway area was very dirty, with worn out carpet and a really bad smell. Food was mediocre and no food available between breakfast and lunchtime.

Clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Conveniently close to the airport.
