Nice rooms, all comfort.
The breakfast very good.
Very nice rooftop restaurant.
The staff is really very helpful and nice, but one person can be described as the 'ambassador' of the hotel: Zhamilia.
Zhamilia works at the reception and is a fantastic person: optimistic, very helpful, intelligent and a great personality.
Rather noisy on the 5 th floor in the evening and at night.
The waiting times at the restaurant could be improved; 45 minutes for a meal is really too long.

The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions within easy walking distance. There are several cafés and many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The staff of the hotel was very attentive and extremely helpful in fulfilling our requests. We made a change to our reservation, and our modification requests were accommodated without any issues. The rooms are spacious, clean, and furnished in a modern style.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both local and international dishes, ensuring that there was something for everyone. Overall, the service and amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Breakfast was good. Loved the location. Near restaurants, parks, nice places to walk along shady sidewalks.
We had laundry done and it was very expensive.

Very clean , helpful and super friendly staff, good location (very quiet at night). What I love most - very comfortable bed, it’s extremely important for me and it’s 10 out of 10.
One very small advise for the management - check the pancakes and croutons at the breakfast, I guess they should look like more attractive as in the pictures. At least at 50-60% :) But I am in love with your place - will come back for sure.

This hotel exceeded my expectations simply because of the amazingly helpful staff. All the guys were very kind and ready to participate in solving emerging issues. The room was quite spacious, comfortable and clean, the location of the hotel is very good.The breakfasts were good with a lot of choice. Surprisingly, there was even a gas mask in the room))) which amused me a little!

A wide range of fresh dishes and pastries. Great view of the city from the top of the hotel. Attentive staff. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The Internet has been improved.

I was staying in Ambassador hotel before and it was my No1 choice again now when travelling to Bishkek after two years of interruption by Covid-19.
Especially, I liked rooftop terrace.

The room size , it was just perfect
The noises, you can hear each single voice , I couldn't sleep at all, my room was near the balcony with stairs & view where people can go out to smoke & keep opening the door & closing it , the breakfast were so poor , & the rib eye steak I ordered wasn't beef although I asked them to cook beef , I vomited I think it was horse meat

Excellent hotel. Great staff. I love the TimesBar which is on the hotel rooftop and has a great view of Bishkek.
It's a little expensive for what's offered, but still a great place.

Very helpful staff on reception. Large room and bed.
Shower doesnt work well. Takes 5-10 minutes before hot water flows. Controls not good. Cleaner did not replace toilet paper. Big party in 6th floor bar till 5am on Saturday night. Too much noise, music heard on 2nd floor and out front of hotel all night
