Great location, very central. Very helpful and attentive staff. Size of the room (103) is just great. Desk availability for work. Few malls nearby. Nice lunches and dinners in the hotel’s restaurant.

It took a day to fix a flush tank but I was offered a free breakfast for caused inconvenience. Still the button didn’t work properly. Breakfasts are missing some items though mentioned on the menu.

This hotel is in a great location- close to two shopping malls and many of the historic sites and lovely parks. We stayed here twice and in two different rooms. Both rooms were well laid out and there was plenty of room for our luggage, clothes, etc. Both rooms were clean and came with a refrigerator and hot water kettle. The bed was fine with soft (good) bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were great (hot showers, water did not leak onto the floor from the shower). There was also a nice, large sitting area outside the hotel rooms. Day time staff were friendly and did their best to help resolve the main problem with this hotel: the WiFi

The non-working WiFi was a big problem for us because we own a small business and depend on the Internet. Throughout our stays, we relied on our own cellular data (eSIM) almost the entire time we were there. Although the staff tried very hard to fix the WiFi issues and were very nice, we would not stay here again because we need a guarantee that the WiFi will work most of the time.

The hotel has a good location and gives value for money. The room was nice and large. All in all a good base for expirence Bishkek
