The hotel’s location is simply perfect. Great staff, spacious room, super comfy bed and really great breakfasts

The service was unbelievably bad: 1. the breakfast was loveless, the scrambled eggs cold, the coffee machine was broken - the service staff was not prepared to look at what the problem was. And the second, the portafilter machine, could only be used in the evening. 2. even on the third morning, the breakfast toilet still bore the marks of someone who must have been very unwell at some point. 3. the gym has not been cleaned in three days 4. the bored luggage service did not help us with our luggage - sitting in the sun smoking seemed to be way more relaxing

Очень приятный отель, дружелюбный персонал. В комнате чисто, утюно.

Единственный момент, не работал бассейн. Но я всё равно сходил в фитнес центр. Всё понравилось )

Очень дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь. Хорошие номера, хорошее месторасположение.

Почему то не хотели прибираться в номере. Один раз настоял чтобы прямо сейчас прибрались,, один раз не стал настаивать.

Прекрасный номер, удобная кровать, все ожидания оправдались :)

Great location.

Don't stay here. It might've been a great hotel once but has since been falling to ruin. Yes the outside and the lobby seem impressive, but that's where it ends. The room wasn't really clean, the shower door didn't fully close, it took about 10 to 15 minutes for the warm water to start running out of the showerhead, there was a stain on the ceiling, one of the rails to enter the pool was dangerously loose, the gym equipment has seen better days and the pool was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING. The breakfast was okay but not what you'd expect even if paying the discounted price and some of the staff didn't really want to be there. On top of that, we were informed on arrival, that we can pay however we like, which of course was not the case at check out, meaning we spent at least two hours running around and waiting in line at the bank in order to exchange our currency.
