This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We noticed that the rooms had been painted and the living area furniture had been replaced. Both were great improvements. Overall we were happy with the accommodations, in fact, we plan to stay again next year. On the other side, we found several maintenance issues that were more inconvenience than immediate problems. Issues like: one refrigerator wouldn't make ice or dispense cold water, cabinet doors missing screws, and "soft" spots on the deck. The single biggest issue - unclean dishes in the cabinets. It was pretty gross. Some were extremely dirty with dried and greasy food. We had to wash all the dishes we used when we arrived. The policy of washing and putting away dishes should be revisited as I believe this encourages bad behavior, particularly for people trying to leave early. My recommendation would be to ask renters to run the dishwasher as they leave and let the cleaning crew return the clean dishes to the cabinets.Overall, I highly recommend this property.

We rented this house out for our wedding party to stay in when we got married on the beach, and it exceeded our expectations. The view was incredible, and so easy to just walk down to the beach. We were able to fit a lot of people too, and all of the other guests had an amazing time as well. We took lots of pictures on the many balconies, and it was great to just wake up in the morning and walk out to the beach so easily. Would book this again for a large group!

This was our third trip to Pensacola beach and our second stay at 206 Ariola (we had the luxurious 308 Ariola last year and would go back again to that one if it was available and more affordable - it is a gorgeous 5 star place to stay). At 206 this year we felt the water from the fridge tasted odd...mattresses are aging and the washing machines and dryers need a good rehab. The washed clothes don’t have a fresh clean smell and dryers take forever. We are trying a new place to us next year. Good reviews for paradise beach homes, they are very responsive and great to work with on bookings - especially Brenda!

Nice large home shared with our adult children and grandchildren. Nice location with great accessibility to ocean being gulf front with private boardwalk to beach. Also walking distance to main area of pier, restaurants, mini golf etc. We never felt cramped in the home. So nice having two refrigerators in kitchen; one for food and one for beverages. Pool was small but handy for those that wished to use it. TV in LVR was a real pain until all disconnected and reconnected. I know this is a rental and gets abused. However, there are some real issues that need to be addressed so that the house can continue to be used. Door handles and locks not easily used. Separation of trim around a bedroom door allowing mold to grow. Dripping water in DR from a leak that has been there long enough that crown molding and window trim have been affected.Joist under nice decking are rotting and making for a spongy walk. Outside window trim at bottom of a window was missing. We did love so much about this house but the investment by the owner needs some structural attention.

Great home, great location! This home was spacious, very clean had every amenity you could need including 2 fridges. It is well outfitted for a large family. The pool, although small, is a huge bonus to have in a beachfront home and we enjoyed it all week along with the beautiful beach. This area is a hidden gem compared to some other parts of the state. We were there during spring break and although lively, it was still very nice and not too crowded. The only minor comment was that certain supplies such as hand soap and TP were either not provided or sparsely so. Check-in was fast and easy and the host even provided a beautiful beach blanket. Overall, this was a 9.5 out of 10 experience!

This house was amazing. It had everything we wanted for a perfect getaway. There were 12 high school women reuniting to eat, drink, and be merry for a week away from hubbies and other responsibilities. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great. Easy access with private boardwalkAnd plenty of room for cars .The only drawback was this 7 BR home had a singleOven. It was a little tricky preparing meals for20 plus people. 206 Ariola is a great house for large parties. We had 5 families staying in the 7 bedroom/7 bath house. The multiple fridges, dishwashers, washer dryer, coffee pots, cooking pots, dishes, flatware, etc. allows for many people to function in the house, without having to wait or be on top of each other. One more large frying pan would be helpful. The pool is small, but only 1 of 2 located on the beach. It provided the kids the opportunity to go back and forth various times during the day. Some of the items need fixing, but since the house is for sale, not sure how much more money the owner wants to put into it. Some of the in frame door blinds don't work, but they are in the down position and the microwave/vent over the stove is broken, but a new microwave was already in the house. Garbage pick up is on Friday AM, so if you arrive on a Saturday, the 3 large cans will be or after a few days of your arrival be full. if you call the rental company on Monday, to let them know, they should send someone out remove the garbage for you, as they did for us. Great location, service, amenities, and overall good time.

My company held a 3 day meeting with 12 staff from throughout the country. The location was superb, the weather beautiful, and the house provided all we needed to conduct meetings and enjoy social time and even some swimming for some northeners!
