Perfect place to stay, lovely views, with a stream running at the back of the property with a shared terrace or private terrace to enjoy your free breakfast. Lovely welcome when you arrive from the owner and a smooth check in. Plenty of parking with just a 5 min drive into town. Just perfect.

Not much not to like, but being a non smoker it was slightly off putting if someone smoked on their private terrace the smell drifted into our room.

Very happy with the stay overall. Good timing simple breakfast, good rooms and bathrooms. Location and surroundings.

We were expecting full silence and able to rest but the neighbors were partying from midnight till 8am! Nothing else the owner could do as this was a one off unexpected event.

What a fantastic welcome from our hosts, Joseba and Yolanda! Beautiful rural house, modern and clean, but with character. Free breakfast provided, and Joseba was very helpful with tips of where to have pintxos or dinner in the town centre and by the beach. The hotel is by the Fronton, where they happened to hold a Basque romeria for the local fiestas, and my family really enjoyed the Basque music and dancing, and the feeling of happyness and joy. Orio is a town with great character, a beautiful beach and very friendly people. Thanks for such a great time at yours, Joseba and Yolanda. Later arte!

unfortunately there is a glass container in front of the house so you might be unlucky to hear the noise; no hair dryer

Very friendly host, very good breakfast and I really enjoyed the rural and quiet location which was still not far away from the town center. I also really enjoyed Orio - a small but very vibrant and lively town. Will definitely come back.

Lovely, great bed, amazing host. Joseba was super kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and I was never disturbed by them setting it up. Close to Orio but rural. The restaurant next door was delicious. I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

The owner of the house really good and give me a lot of tips to do and to eat around the area.
