とにかく狭く、使い勝手が悪い。 コスパは良いとは言えません

廊下の照明が暗く、表示が小さいため レンジの場所がわかりにくかった。 洗面所のドア下に短い髪の毛が落ちていて、拾ってもまたどこかから現れて気持わるかった。 スリッパは使い捨ての方が良かった。 裸足で履くのは抵抗があり、 持って行かなかったことを後悔した。 洗面台の水温が高過ぎて、調節できると良かった。手が乾燥してしまった。 部屋のイスが柔らか過ぎて腰が痛くなった。

Room had everything I needed. Well soundproofed from station noise. Good beds and pillows. Well run. Clean. Helpful staff.

Room was compact but to be expected in Tokyo.

お風呂やクーラー、TVのリモコンの清掃が行き届いておらず、毛や埃、手垢で汚れていたこと

3人部屋があるのがよかった！ 朝食が最高でした✨ アメニティもよかった。

隣や上下の階の騒音が一切なくて、快適でした。

出入口が分かりにくいと思いました。

It’s very close to the station but very small and you have to be able to sleep through the sound of the trains.

Stayed at this property for a second time due to the very conventient location right next to Gotanda station.

I used the laundry room to wash and dry my clothes, but there was no information about how much time it would take, so I had to go often from my room and check if the washing or drying was finished. Would have been nice with some information about this on the machines. Took about 1,5 hour each by the way...

The hotel is very well located near the metro station and in a nice neighborhood. The staff at the reception seemed kind and helpful too. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Sadly I must say the room was quite dusty and moldy. I don't mind some dust or a hair but this was too much. It's really a shame as the location is really nice and the hotel deserves better. There was not a lot of room to walk around to or put our luggage. There was an air purifier in the room but the filter was asking to be replaced.
