I love several things about this hotel - the rooftop onsen is lovely especially the outdoor one, the breakfast buffet is great and was included in our rate, and the location is fantastic - a short walk to the station, easy access to Haneda airport, and walkable to the Imperial Palace, Ginza, Tokyo Tower and the fish markets.

Sauna and spa on roof top was amazing after a long day out. Rooms was great size for 2 people. Washing and drying machines, they get taken quite alot so you need to be quick as they can take around 2 hours to wash and dry. Location is great. 5 mins walk from shimbashi station, food shops, family mart scattered all around hotel so there's plenty to eat

The location was in the red light distract, and beds were on the harder side.

Room was very spacious in comparison to other places we stayed in Japan, staff were very friendly, vending machine and laundry on site. Onsen was lovely if you have smaller tattoos and use a tattoo sticker to cover them up. A short walk to Shimbashi station which was great!

Nice service from the staff who attended to room . Effective aircon. Good fridge. Nice spa.

Bed is only accessible from one side as room is too small. Check in was efficient but not welcoming. No instructions on how to open the doors late at night and it is not obvious when the security box is located.

The rooms were well appointed and very clean but rather small so we each had a room and this worked very well. The cost was very reasonable and breakfast was excellent.

Not much not to like. Very nice place. Later check out option would be nice.

Rooms a little small but as expected

First, the location is amazing. Just a 5 or so minutes walk from the Shimbashi train station, which is on the JR circular line that takes you to Harajuku, Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is also about 1.5km from the Imperial palace gardens. The room was great, small but convenient, and the bed was amazing, comfortable and big! There are 2 smoking rooms in the hotel which is great if you are a smoker as smoking on the street is forbidden. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Would highly recommend staying there!

The location being close to the station looked a bit dicey with lot of bars and strip clubs nearby. It is not an issue as such as people are not intrusive and well behaved.

Very convenient location: 5 mins from Shimbashi station, walking distance from Ginza. Clean place with very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The location made it easy to just step outside and be surrounded by food and shops. The customer service was awesome, with English speakers. The breakfast was convenient and delicious. Sky spa was a bonus.

Laundry machine was convenient in washing and drying all in one cycle but it didn’t dry the clothes well even though the whole cycle for one wash/dry was maybe nearly 2 hours. Perhaps it’s meant for an extra small load even though ours didn’t fill the machine or anything.

Great central location if u know Tokyo a bit. Close to Shimbashi station in a very dynamic area. And perfect to go around with the JR pass (Yamamoto line). Regular double rooms are small but fine, the larger corner rooms are best. The in-house onsen is great (men and women separate) and the breakfast is a nice combi.

When booking for 3 kids, watch out that u book the corner room. It is ompossible to add a third bed, so nr 3 will have to sleep in the green sofa bed, which is pretty small in normal double room but doable in corner room.
