The room was clean

There were very few staff and as a result the service was very poor. It was a completely different experience to everywhere else we stayed in Argentina where the service was high and the staff were friendly.

location in the forest was fantastic and yet still close to the national park.

quite expensive and the restaurant area was a bit bright for evening meals.

Rooms: Stayed in the superior king room, the bedroom was good, although it was surprisingly noisy around at night. The bathroom was clean and fine. Rooms were cleaned well each day. TV had sports channels showing European football and the minibar food snacks were a fair price. Location: 5 mins drive into Puerto Iguazu, 15 mins to the entrance of the National Park. Makes it a decent location. Front desk: Helpful in sorting things out for you and answering questions. Can book taxis for you to visit the falls, or to cross the border into Brazil, either to see that side or to go to the airport. Prices about 15-20 USD for a taxi to the Brazilian airport, same to the Argentine falls, or 30-35 USD to the Brazilian falls.

Breakfast: Main disappointment here, limited amount of hot food which wasn't too tasty. Fruit and pastries in abundance but lacking in proper hot breakfast options. Pool: Icy cold, didn't see anyone using it. Jacuzzi is mildly warm and comfortable, although not kept very clean with all the trees around.

staff is not helpful unfortunately. they seem not motivated, cutting you off when you are asking for help. not very positive attitude either

Our room was surrounded by jungle, just lovely! The pool area was fabulous. Breakfast was a veritable feast of eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, etc.

Service in the restaurant and at the pool was very slow. Ordered a quick ice cream at the pool - it took about 30 minutes!!

Very nice hotel in the green are outside of the city. Relaxing pool area and good selection of food and drinks! Bathroom in room was also very spacious

Staff was a bit slow cleaning breakfast tables and selection could have been better for a Mercure, but was alright

Excellent ambience. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable. Only thing was the water pressure could be better but I reckon it’s an issue in the whole are not of the property.

excellent location , facilities , even includes a nice gym. the spa and other facilities were excellent. at the spa , Sandra was amazing ! ask her for sure !

The excellent service of the staff, especially Lucia. The restaurant after breakfast time - good options in reasonable prices.

The location, and the lack of transportation to downtown. Not enough options for activities after the visit in the Iguazu Falls Park.
