Nothing, we left after seeing the room

After long argument about payment we were given key to the room that was probably not use for months as it was in the renovation area. Grotty and dirty. There was nobody in the office speaking english. Thankfully one of the guest kindly offered us help. We immediately refused to use that room and were given our payment back.

The included breakfast buffet was lacking in proteins and mostly pastries.

The property needs serious repairs. Its so old and not well maintained.

Pool was nice, bed wasn’t too bad, it had air con and was pretty clean. if you had breakfast after 8, the breakfast was quite decent, before 8 the pastries were from the previous day. Pretty much at the centre and close to the bus station to go to Iguazu national park, Brazilian Iguazu park and airport. For the dates we were there there were not many hotels available as it was a long weekend, so we stayed here. It would be a great choice for travellers on a budget.

No safe in the room. Very noisy because it is all tiled the facilities in the room were a bit tired and broken, but all very clean.

Bad hotel facilities. The man at the front desk doesn't speak English! Asked the hotel to book a taxi, the next day the taxi didn't show up.

All ok!

Location, pool, and bar service were highlights of the trip.

A/C wasn’t very cold, did not report to front desk as we only stayed one night.

The hotel is centrally located close to the main bus station which is very good considering that puerto iguazu has no uber or cabify.

The hotel is quite old. Our room had a musty smell, and was as clean as expected. There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear all noises and people talk as if the room door is wide open. There was no lock on our door. Breakfast buffet was full of sugary pastries, no fresh juice, only water and an orange colored liquid. We had bread with butter and jam and bad coffee.

the room and bathroom showed a lot of wear and tear. we have to take shower without hot water 3 times in 4 days.

Poor cleanliness, not confortable room, poor shower with almost no hot water, leaky bathroom, old facilities, almost no wifi, poor breakfast, no room service, horrible view to a construction, noisy halls and a thin frontdoor in the room.

Ok breakfast, good location, the architecture of the building is very nice but the hotel conditions is well used and therefore run down (very deteriorating). The owner really needs to put some remodeling ,fixing, replacing furniture etc… All the employees were very nice and helpful If I had the money I would buy that hotel, that’s how much I like the building, I would renovate to achieve place

The time and quality about breakfast, because guests have tourist activities at 7:30 and the breakfast is opened at 7:30, sometime we can not enjoy it.

Versace close to downtown and bus station

Breakfast is served from 7 instead of 6am. Its huge disatvange when you have your day trip starting at 7:30 or 8am. Huge queens and no free tablet. Its like a battle because everyone is in a hurry.

The hotel was a disappointment. We got a room with a connecting door to another room. In the other room was a baby who cried all night. In addition, the hotel manager allowed a party in the hotel lobby until late at night with non-stop music and noise!!! We couldn't sleep all night because of the noise! A disgrace! We felt like we were in a park and not in a hotel! We will definitely not go back there!

Budget stay with a pool. Good for exploring the region.

Loud music playing till 11:30 pm. Ants everywhere. No kettle in the room.

Nice staff, and great location. Close to the bus station.

The whole infrastructure needs to be renewed. Breakfast time is like a war for the last piece of toast. Food quality is not the best either.
