Que la cama matrimonial eran 2 individuales unidas y se sentía la división en el medio. Eso fue un poco incómodo

Main Hall and the overall look of the whole hotel.

Starting to look a little bit out-dated and they really need to review their Bar and Afternoon menues.

Everything! The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I loved the hospitality, room, adventures, food, wifi but mostly the staff. They even surprised my fiance with a birthday cake and sang her happy birthday in 3 differentlanguages. I am surprised they knew what she looked like for that surprise. Very impressive. As well our flybondi flight got delayed on our way to Iguazu from Buenos Aires. Instead of arriving at 2 pm, we arrived at 4am the next day. The staff sent us a cab to pick us up at the airport and as well had a late dinner cooked for us to have upon our arrival. I have traveled the world and this is by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced.

Amenities and spa facilities were nice. The staff were excellent! Fabulous place to stay while going see Iguazú Falls for a few days. Was easy to spend a morning seeing the falls on Brazilian side from here as well.

Food service at the pool was slow

Stuff was very helpful and friendly. They knew that we are on the honeymoon and sent us a welcome bottle of wine to the room. Breakfast+dinner for a good price. Big nice territory close to the falls. Great spacious rooms, very clean. There is a gym and spa in case of rainy days

The hotel looks very new (or recently renewed) but a bit old fashioned style. Dinner was ok but not more than that. It would be helpful if more stuff could speak at least basic English. If my husband didn't speak spanish It would be complicated

Located just across the border, in a woodland providing a tranquil environment that is not overlooked by any other building. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and the customer service desk were extremely helpful. The room spacious and modern (just remember to pack an argentinian power adapter). The pool and pool surroundings were large and never seem over crowded. The breakfast was excellent, with both hot and cold options, a real 4 star service. On the evening we decided to dine in, which was included in the rate, was exceptional, a BBQ of fresh meats, sausages and grilled vegetables. The photos on the site do not do this hotel justice, it looks dated and is far from that.
