The hotel staff are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. They’d greet the guests whenever they see them. The security guards on duty are equally helpful and accommodating. The check-in was quick and hassle-free. Breakfast was served quickly as well.
There were only 2 towels provided when I booked for 3persons. We did not dare ask since one of us brought a towel, but that could have been easily provided for had we asked.
There were a few tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. We had to keep our things especially our toothbrushes inside the room.

Simple room for just one night for us. Comfortable and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. The place is very close to a big mall and some good restaurants.

Breakfast was good. My family liked their stay, and the staff were very accommodating. Although I was not the one personally who stayed in the hotel, I’m looking forward to booking here again.

The hotel is very centrally located, you can quickly get to various shopping malls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a very informal atmosphere. Very good value for money. It's a basic hotel has everything it needs.
Book excursions in the hotel was not possible because you could at best expect more, that you at least get addresses where you can turn to.

The room was good and clean, same as described in the ads. The comfort room is good, clean and big. The food is good too, there's a lot of choices to choose from, and there's free water on every floor. The staffs are nice as well.

Very friendly staff, welcoming and food was great! The room was clean and comfortable, as well as a good location.. it was a great time staying at Cebu R Hotel! Will definitely come back and stay here again.

I made an error booking the wrong room type, and needed to change it on arrival.
The receptionist was comprehensive and made it, although he couldn't get in touch with his manager.
Nothing special.
Had some very noisy neighboors (drinking all night) but not hotel's fault.
By the way, it is way cheaper to get you room directly from the hotel just walking in, I paid my room 35% more expensive with booking.

Really value for the money and close to a big shopping mall around 70 Pesos with taxi

We have one night staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, our flight was canceled, and we arrived the next day. As we saw that there was availability, we asked to change our reservation for a day later. After 20 hours of delay at the airport, none responded to the 3 messages we sent to the hotel. That was very rude. Now we are at Cebu airport and we will try to find another hotel for a night.

Staff is very accommodating. We had to meet our family in the hotel we were planning to eat out but there was a heavy rain. And the restaurant is open to accommodate. Our stay is good

Good value for money, helpful staff, great welcoming and fast checkin/out. Moreover, they prepared us a takeaway breakfast even though it was not in time.
