Loved the hospitality. The staff was very reachable and helpful for everything we requested.

Facilities were not in line with our expectation. There was no play area or board games for kids even though I had requested it specially when I booked the stay. I had thought we would have an access to the gym but that was also not there.

the host was very helpful in heling me, especially when I double booked and when I made errors with the booking. My husband has to print an urgent document and the front desk staff was helpful at printing out the 6 pages , had they charged for that we would have easily thrown a fit. but apart from that everything was downhill. I just glad it was just a 1 night stay !

the 2 AC were too small to cool the 88m2 space, but obviously that was insufficient, the weather was hot and humid hence turning the upstairs area into aa sauna. the ceiling fan was not working upon check-in.. the couch/sofa bed had a dent or was broken, hence you couldn't sit/sleep comfortably on it. the upstairs bathroom stinked and the toilet was stained, also the shower door could not close causing everything to get wet . there were cigarette burn marks on the sofa and the bed upstairs. the villa is located on a one way road, thus causing a hinderance (especially if u have a rental car) , the tipping point was , we had to check out early morning around 10 am to head to the airport, the previous night (when my husband went to pint documents) he informed the guy at the front desk that as they were checking out early, he wanted breakfast to be delivered to the room t 9 AM, the staff confirmed, the next day - at 9 AM my son called reception to follow up on breakfast and they said it was coming, 9:20 a second called was made to reception and the staff that answered the phone yelled something and then hung up. at which point we gave up as it was too late. we checked out - headed to the airport and had a hearty breakfast there. PS - we paid for breakfast ! wifi connection was ok - but you could only connect 2 devices at a time.

It's a Gem in the cozy locality. Away from the noisy area. Relaxing place. Excellent staff & Hospitality. Good food.

Staff is not trained like hotel Service are vre very slow Yet for cleaning has to wait till mid day Food quality is very bad Even they use low quality food We ordered butter milk which are very smiley and not able to drink In our package breakfast was include you will not believe we had done breakfast for single day Food quality is very bad Rate is too high nearby all area are not good for family Near by u will get @1000-1500 rs room so u can think which type of guest stay there We stay there dude to ad in booking .com But we have bad experience in term of AC , cleanness , food and bad area locality

Suite and facilities

Breakfast can be buffet so that there is less wastage and can add some more variety. Swimming pool timings could be from early morning till at least 10PM

- Kitchen is infested with cockroaches. - Place needs maintainance and upkeep.

This is a gem! Highly reccomend. Close to the beach and everything you might want from a stay in Calangute!!

the property is at good location and looks very aesthetic

the AC was not functioning but they eventually got it repaired late in the night. also, they were lot of things in the villa that requires maintenance and repairing but overall it’s a good property if the repairing is done.
