Beautiful modern hotel and excellent breakfast.

The bathroom layout is a bit odd. Especially the toilet and shower. The glass walls and doors between them not much privacy, the water seeps out when showering.

The staff is extremely indifferent they messed up on so many occassions, right from phone not working, no response, no bell boy, room service being late, to charging incorrectly , no apologies no compensating behaviour Generally when hotels mess up they are more eager to help and compensate, here it was like - ok so? extremely un hospitable Stayed in many 5 stars this might have been the worst

Its ok, the breakfast is good, the staff are really nice.

The room window is closed by nylon bag. And the window is not opened so the room has not enough fresh air. The air conditioner was not enough for that. The other things are really nice.

The rooms were large with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathtub is a major plus. Loved the gym facilities as well as the steam room and sauna and pool. The food is incredible and the breakfast selection is amazing.

We had 10 hrs between flights and since we arrived at evening and were tired decided stay close to airport. This hotel is located in Aerocity, in 5 min drive distance from airport. The lobby is very nice, I like it how they mixed authentic with modern style. Staff is helpfull and friendly. I've gotten a room with nice pool view. Rooms have good size, are clean and modern. Breakfast is very good: so many varieties of food from different cuisines. In general about Aerocity. We walked around Aerocity at the 07.00AM, all hotels have own security service and we walked through gallery even shops were closed at that time. For sure that is good idea to build safe and good hotels infrastructure close to airport. Next time I wouldnt upset by thinking where to stay overnight in Delhi between flights.

My 1st room was used one. The strange thing is everything was in place (towels etc), only one bed was ooccupied with used napkins. The reception changed the room. The room was cleaned but loud music came from ongoing party in swimming pool area. Reception promissed it will finish at 08.00pm. I didnt mind because had no plan to sleep at that time - we've gone for dinner. But when we back around 10.00pm the music still was on and stopped after my call to reception. Thank you for prompt reaction. Btw, there were renovation of building is ongoing and the rooms' with street view windows were temporarily covered - so no view. I was lucky to have a swimming pool view ;-)

Wer nach Delhi muss und trotzdem Wert auf Sauberkeit, Ruhe und Luxus legt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Die Speisen und Getränke an der Bar sind leider wirklich überteuert. Hier empfiehlt sich ein Spaziergang ins nahegelegene Aerocity Center, da gibt es gute und verhältnismäßig günstige Gastro.

We booked this hotel for only one night because our flight was supposed to arrive at 1 am and we were planning to have a short rest in a hotel nearby. What our surprise was when standing at the check-in at 2 am we were told by Ms Chan that our room wasn't ready and that we had to wait! After an argument she gave us a room which turned out to be a smoking room on the smoking floor, although we requested a non-smoking room. After a long flight we had no energy left to go to the reception again and demand other room. So we spent the rest of the night in a disgusting smelly room.

We stayed here firstly for 3 nights then again for 6 nights within a space of 2 weeks with kids. The Manager Vikas Mishra & EVERYONE ONE OF HIS TEAM from front desk, security, concierge, dining, housekeeping, bar staff were the most hospitable I’ve ever seen. I’ve travelled the world and stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and in Dubai but the Pullman is an example to all of them. Very highly recommended and cannot wait to go back as this is truly a home from home and much more. Thank you to all of you for working so hard and doing the best.

can’t think of anything

I have been in many five star hotels around the globe and i found Pullman's breakfast one of the best. Many choices and good quality. Staff was really friendly, all of them. but if i could name someone it was the attending staff at the reception with the name Yang. Location is very good even if it is far from the centre of new delhi as you could just go out and walk around in the aerocity area and have hundreds of eating options.

Difficult to recall anything to improve as we stayed only 1 night and we found everything impeccable.

Beautiful lobby guest room and restaurant. Amazing selection of delicious food. Great shuttle service to and from the airport just when we needed it. Love a noon checkout time especially when our flight into New Delhi arrived so late.

Property is new and close to airport. Excellent buffet spread. Generally good service. Rooms are in great condition and very modern. Shuttle drop to airport- a bit pricey at Rs 1800, one way, but car goes via vip entrance, so worth it.

Being in New Delhi in December, aqi was 500, air quality was really bad, even inside the hotel. Hotel uses a ton of air freshener to cover the smell, and it is all a bit too much.

Great staff helping with arranging day trip to Delhi sights with great driver. Rooms ok, corridors dark and confusing, downstairs buffet restaurant well managed and tasty.

The rooms and corridors were a little dark and some details less clean than expected.

Staying at the pullman was perfectly fine, the staff was fine too. Aman at the BAR was exceptionally good to take care of our needs and did personalised our drinks & did excellent work. Highly Recommended.

The hotel has greatly improved attention to details and quality of care that was somewhat lacking during previous stays. Airport pickup was seamless and check in was smooth. There was zero delay in delivery of luggage to my room and I was met with a beautiful floral welcome sign made with real flowers displayed on the bed. The temperature in the room was not too cold and the bed was extremely comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quality of the towels and even the slippers were extra comfy - an upgrade on similar hotels in Aerocity. Other details I loved were: clear and simple list of TV channels, the fresh smell of the moisturizing lotion and shower gel, the simplicity of the lighting system and the hot water in the shower was really hot. I really appreciated the free late checkout since I arrived in the middle of the night and needed to sleep late. I noticed an increased presence of female staff - from the security guards to the receptionist and the room cleaning service. I wondered whether this might account for the excellent attention to details, and this was confirmed at reception by the lovely Kushboo, who is responsible for improving the guest experience. Due to the success of this visit, I will be switching my allegiance over to the Pullman for all future visits to the city.

Nothing, it was excellent. Only one small detail: the chain on the inside of the door for security was broken, but the internal locking mechanism worked, so i wan't too worried.
