Mathieu nos recibió en recepción y nos ayudó en todo momento explicándonos todos los sitios interesantes de la ciudad e incluso nos hizo la reserva en un restaurante típico. Encantados con su amabilidad y profesionalidad.

Месторасположение на отшибе!! Если вы заселяетесь в 15,00 то поесть вам не светит нигде!! Только с !9 ти покормят и то так себе еда!!
Попросил утюг и доску принести в номер, отправили меня гладить на второй этаж! порезал ужасная серая каморка не окон. Пришел тренинг, а там свет не горит вообще!!! Вообщем ни за что туда не селитесь, если нет крайней нужды в деньгах!! А тогда в Швейцарию лучше вообще не ехать))

Emplacement idéal sur la ligne de métro et à deux minutes de l’autoroute. Centre ville en 10’ de métro. L’hôtel est contemporain et animé avec très bon restaurant et bar super sympa. Le vivarium - aquarium est un plus si on a le temps de le visiter.

Le personnel est serviable, nous avons dans l'ensemble bien mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux pour tous les goûts.
Un rabais de 20% nous a été appliqué pour l'achat de place à l'aquarium.
La chambre était très bien insonorisée.

Hotel right at the aquarium with discount, right on the M2 metro at the edge of the city. Quiet and practical, baby bed provided.
The restaurant only opened at 7pm and the restaurant staff seemed a bit unprofessional.

Fantastic family hotel that is located close to a metro station. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff contributed to an amazing stay in Lausanne.

I'm an aquarist and it was amazing to have the aquarium just across the hall.
Loved the underwater picture in the room, just wished that the hotel lobby had a tank as well.
Once you finish with the fish, the hotel gives you free tickets for the subway, reachable by lift!
The restaurant could be better. Staff is great, the food did not impress.

the staff the welcomed me was very unfriendly and stressed. it was understaffed at the restaurant and breakfast.
it is quite far from the city center but the problem is that even around the hotel there is nothing te or to walk.

The family room was quite spacious and very silent (well, we lived in the very last room in the corridor - super long walk, but that also helps with noise).
The hotel is located next to the highway (convenient for drivers) and right next to the aquarium and the metro station, so it's well connected.
Obvious disadvantages of good location - it's noisy in case you try to open windows, view is non-existent (random factories and a highway), it's impossible to walk outside - noisy, a bit dirty etc. But it's also reasonable for this location.
I would appreciate a bit better menu in the 4 star hotel, it was hard to find anything good and menu doesn't change day-to-day, so in case you are staying more than 1 night, I'd check for diverse dinner options.

Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly / professional.
Completely soulless and expensive.
Beds are cheap single mattresses and pillows so don't expect a great night's sleep. No tea / coffee in room or ironing facilities.
Wouldnt stay again.

Nice place in Lausanne, just next to the highway. To get to the city center, there is the metro station just 1 minute away from the hotel and it will get you to the city center in 10 minutes, which is very convenient, The place is pretty new.
The outside parking for one car cost 18 CHF per day, for hotel guests it could be free/ cheaper concerning the hotel is situated far away from the city center. Also there is no small fridge/tea/coffee in the room available, which is usually in the 4 star hotel. Breakfasts were good, but nothing special and everyday the same.

The stuff was amazing. Everybody was super helpful and kind. If you forgot something, the staff gave it to you or told you the best possible way to get what you needed. We got a metro ticket for free, and with that, we had more discounts for entries in the city. The breakfast was delicious, too.
Although the breakfast was amazing, I missed the veggie. It was not included in the many other options you could choose from.
